The room itself was exceptional! We all loved it so much. The breakfast was different everyday which was so nice. The staff was so helpful and kind especially the kitchen lady who was always checking in on us. She was so sweet. There were also cookies at the check in desk everyday, they were so good. Not to mention there are several shopping centers just a few minutes away. There’s also two gas stations and a Dunkin and McDonald’s right down the road. Loveedddd the kitchen I’ll attach a photo, I put together a little birthday set up for my friend in the kitchen/dining. So if you’re here for a get together the kitchen/living space is wonderful.

If I had to find a complaint I’d have to look closer because we enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t notice anything we didn’t like about this hotel. I can’t wait to come back next year!

The staff is amazing Holly at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant is beyond my expectations. The food is excellent yet it's the care of the crew. Please don't break up this winning team. I look forward to them when I come from New Jersey to Connecticut for 2 annual healthfairs sponsored by UCONN.

$500 hold on money I could spend on local businesses. Hold fee should be more reasonable. Especially for repeat Guest!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our original room, and we were moved to a similar room with absolutely no issues at all. The room was very spacious and very well equipped.

The only minor issue was that the ceiling fan was very dusty and also the vented fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Very convenient location for Windsor. Cozy feel looked more like a condo development than a hotel. Breakfast was tasty and varied, better than many offerings at similar properties. There was plenty of storage space in the room, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

The ground floor unit was a bit dark. Note: upper floor rooms we’re only accessible by stairs.

Comfortable beds. Excellent facilities. Good range of breakfast items. Free parking - despite booking info saying I would need to pay. Reasonably quiet despite proximity to I -91.

I didn't like the hassle with check in, since I had to put more money down than I was supposed to since the hotel didn't have my payment.

Rooms were beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Close to multiple restaurants and stores. Will definitely book again when in the area. The breakfast was great.

When we got there staff gave us wrong room and we walked into someone sleeping and had to waste more time late at night to get another room

There is a problem on the room charge. The hotel charged me again after I paid from booking.com. But they admitted the mistake and promised to refund.
