The Hotel is across the street from the Capital Building. So the location was great. A nice walk through the park to get to the Capital. Very picturesque walking around. We had a great room over looking the Capital. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your typical hotel good breakfast. Parking is underground, so very secure.

This area of Downtown was little sketchy. There was a nice brewery a couple blocks down from the Hotel. The walk was interrupted by a few panhandlers. Not Good.

The breakfast looked really good but my daughter asked if we could go out for breakfast so we didn't try it. I loved the location as it was a short walk to the XL Center where we were going. And we enjoyed walking all around Hartford. The staff was very personable and accommodating. He gave us some local insight for our trip as we were visiting from VA and made check in and parking easy. I'm usually picky about pillows but they seemed to have a few different styles to choose from and I slept well without hurting my neck.

The walls are thin but it didn't bother us much. We didn't spend a great amount of time in the room and we slept like babies.

Staff was very kind from check in to check out. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a vending machine across my room which was super convenient! I brought my service dog with me and everyone was helpful and respectful towards us. And the breakfast was great - so many options! I expected eggs and coffee, but they had yogurt, waffle, juice, tea, cereal, bagels, etc. Finally, the location was super convenient for me: right across the street from Amtrak station and only 8 minutes walking from XL Center.

I had to wait about 12 min in line for check it. It seems like it was a busy weekend (concert in town), so it wouldn’t be an issue except for my disability. Everything was ok though! PSA the vending machines only take $1 bills. Not an issue either, it just took me several minutes to realize!

The staff and the location were perfect. I felt extremely safe walking the area. Right near the Capitol and beautiful Bushnell Park. Parking fee was very moserate. It was a wonderful stay

There was nothing I did not like. I do often go for places with 24 hour coffee in the lobby. A keurig, with sweetener and HNH. I get up at 3am. They do have a coffee machine in room, but supplies are not same quality. That's just a suggestion. I loved my stay there.

DON’T assume we know how to open the room door. Your key card access has a unique different system. It’s not just slip in and it’s unlock you have to do it twice. Insert the card than pull the handle up and insert the card again and pull down. Don’t just give customers the key card without explaining. I and another guest on different floors could not open our door and were both back down stairs at check in and the lady had to go with us to show us. You can’t assume!

Location, price, surprisingly good breakfast included in a very good price. Not a huge range on the breakfast but what is there is more than adequate. Offers Bounce Luggage storage facility, and is right next to the Train and bus station with a good selection of places to eat nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall excellent value. It is cheaper than most other places and as such you’re not going to get 5 star facilities but for the price it really is excellent value.

If I’m to be picky I noticed a few spots the vacuum had missed on the floor and it’s not as modern as other hotels but really for the price this is the sort of stuff that comes as a trade off.

The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! I got a lovely spacious room, nicely sized bathroom, plenty of channels, also with fast WiFi, the perfect setup for staying in until night time! Near plenty of restaurants! The daily breakfast was actually pretty good with a lot of options. Don't miss it! The staff was very friendly and kind!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from any pharmacy or any store to grab some light snacks. The bathroom was nice but it seemed like the sink was clogged so it took a while for water to drain.

The room was simple but adequate. It was missing a luggage rack and had only one chair. A few extra hooks in the bathroom would be helpful and the towel rack placement over the toilet was a little impractical. The breakfast was a generic American breakfast. The location is perfect, close to downtown and restaurants, Bushnell Park, the train station as well as attractions.

Right across from the Capitol. Our room had a beautiful view. Easy to get to. Good location for what we were in town for. Less than 10 miles from Rentschler Field. Staff was nice. Room was clean & comfortable.

The bathrooms are dated. Wasn't spotless. Our room was right across from the elevator so it was nosey at times.

I had personal business and needed to stay downtown. It was the only affordable hotel and my expectations were very low. I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was fresh and clean, great view, and a kick ass breakfast to seal the deal.

There is a nasty smell outside the hotel, it filtered into the lobby but not the rooms.
