The location was good for what we needed to reach the Bushnell Theater. It was also clean and we got to use the pool which no one was in so that was a plus.

Nothing really around it, few restaurants. While checking in only 1 person checking and out. There was a line and phones ringing, prob needed another employee at that time. She took the phone call instead of just placing on hold and taking care of the many customers that were waiting in the line. Also paid xtra $ for a view of the river, but we got a view of the street instead. King room was a little on the smaller side, but it was fine for the one night we stayed. Oh and Starbucks wasn’t open until the next day..bummer lol

Did like the safe and small fridge in the room. Convenient to the activities we were interested in doing and seeing. LBar facilitiy was nice but.... see below

Comments on what i would have liked...would have been nice to have the following in the room, for the price paid: more than 10 tissues folded over in a box in the bathroom. How about a box at least. No pad to write notes although there was 1 pen. More than 1 small bar of soap and a cheap shower cap would have been nice. There were no local books about the area - usually placed on the desk in the rooms, or the hotels conveniences that i saw. I think parking should be included not an extra charge. Evening at the L Bar was so noisy with 3 large TVS blasting sports and anyone wishing to have any type of a conversation had to scream... as everyone did on the night we were there. disappointing.

It’s a nice , clean, very big hotel . Actually it is one of the nicest Hotel in Hartford. It has swimming pool and little Gym . On of course it has everything you need if you are on a Business ore privat trip

hotel guests shouldn’t have to park so far and and tip of that pay for it. that we didn’t like and for that reason I would choose another hotel next time. also I reserved my room on booking.com at one rate $265 for one night, that’s including taxes and fees…but when I paid at the hotel my card was changed $308 . I don’t know what happened but I want a refund

Great experience staying here, I was attending an event in the convention centre and this hotel was the perfect location. Rooms were spacious, great aircon. Great range of food options. All staff were so helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable, Restaurant food was excellent. WiFi was good as well. Service technicians for the TV came and helped as well as they could. Having Starbucks in the hotel was an added bonus. The downtown location was close to the train station, other restaurants, and the art museum.

TV did not work. The first night it would not shut off so someone came and helped. The next day the sound did not work and they came again. The next day, we had more TV problems, and again the technician helped us.

We had drinks at the bar that were very good and the room was very nice. The gym and pool facilities were also very nice and clean. Overall it was a lovely visit. It was a perfect location for Trinity College and I felt very safe throughout the hotel, even at very late hours.

It was pricey.

I loved the friendliness of staff at front desk. I loved that when the internet was down on the TV - an IT person was available immediately and solved the issue. I loved the king bed.

21.00 for a breakfast with fake eggs is not a good value. For the price we paid 547.00 plus parking two cars at 19.00 each you couldn’t have included breakfast ???? Come on!?

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was the worst we had on our week long trip to New England

the location was perfect, right next to the convention center for the event I attended . And special thanks to Gretchen for getting me a room early, that was HUGE!!!
