The access to the XL Center was very convenient for the game, the room was very comfortable and quiet from both the street and the hallway. Overall very convenient, reasonably priced and felt very safe.

Communication could have been a little better. Letting people know when you check in that you will have to use your key card to operate the elevator would be helpful, we had to figure it out ourselves. Also, directions to find the parking garage from the lobby would have been nice so we did not have to bother the front desk staff to find it. On that same topic, better signage to find the XL center skywalk from within the Hotel could be better. Once we found it, the access was awesome!

This is our first time to Hartford we were there for a UConn Womens basketball event and tour of the campus. Walking into the lobby of the hotel I did smell cigarette smoke which was unusual but loved the cookies! Downtown Hartford was oddly deserted and quiet a little disconcerting esp since we came from NYC so not used to that. Loved the pool! Wish you had better rates since we'll be back for some UConn games at XL and Gampel. Room was comfortable and clean.

The cost of the room was somewhat high and the faucets in the bathroom sink and shower were loose like they were carelessly installed. Also there wasnt anything appetizing to eat after 8 in the restaurant. This was a very bare bones hotel room for the cost.

The room and the location were both excellent. The room was nicely designed and clean. After a long day of travel...it was a welcomed delight.

When I first arrived at the hotel I wasn't greeted at all. I just sort of stood there and was finally addressed. That was really awkward. Eventually she warmed up but those first few minutes weren't great. The person working the desk when I checked out though was really great.

I like that it was connected to the XL Center with the sky walk so I didn’t have to freeze outside in the cold. Also there was excellent service. And the shower was absolutely amazing except for the fact it was glass. Didn’t get to check out the pool but I suggest you do!! I had a great stay and my daughter was happy we got to see Paige Bueckers in person!! (That’s her idol) overall 10/10!!

The location was perfect especially for a concert at Xfinity Theatre. We easily walked. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I liked the stand up shower versus the typical tub/shower combo. It was nice to be located on the same floor as the pool.

There wasn't anything major. Maybe a more robust breakfast and more places to hang wet bathing suits after a swim. Our view was a cement wall.

I stayed at the hotel Hilton Hartford for one night. The access to the hotel was easy by car and it has quite wide parking lots under the basement, which was also safe and convenient, costed USD 19.00 a night. The room was clean and good for a family to stay. They serve breakfast separately and I didn't have breakfast due to schedule. They responded quickly and kindly when asked.

Comfort. Had a concert to go to and we loved the fact we could take the elevator down to the second floor and cross to the XL Center without leaving the building.

Bathroom was tiny compared to other hotels we have been too. Also bed sheets had a bad odor.

It was very clean. The workers were very friendly.

The pool was closed. There was an annoying sound coming from the vent until 2:50 am. I have no idea what it was. Maybe the heating system. It was hard to sleep.

The location to the xl center, it is right across the street.

The food items and bar are very limited and not tasty.

Parking was much more affordable than expected. $19 for overnight parking was fantastic.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. If you like a firm mattress, than you'll be just fine.
