They have a friendly staff. They are quick to respond when we have an issue in the room. The hotel is conveniently located between Springfrield and Hartford and in close proximity to the airport.

Friendly, clean, & breakfast was nice. Price was good as well. Close to highway and stores.

The black girl at the Front Desk with the bowtie in her hair is absolutely the best you need to keep her there when I went in there and I saw her I loved everything immediately. I think her name is Natasha if I’m not mistaken, she’s a black girl at the front desk with a little bow in her hair I called her Tinker Bell. She’s so girly feminine and beautiful and she has a strong presence with a sweet spirit, keeper keeper keeper, keeper I love her, Kimberly from California.!

The first room I had the TV wasn’t working. You probably should fix that.

Availability for breakfast. My husband and I wake up early and the fact that it was available at 6 am was a plus. The staff was friendly but not consistent. Meaning the room cleaning. We were there for 7 days and the room was not cleaned until the 3rd day. Other than that it was a pretty good stay. Also the bed was super comfortable. And there were 4 very nice pillows.

The one thing we didn't like was the website advertised a pool. While there is one there, but it was not accessible. It was in fact the one thing that made us choose to book there. The fact that it was completely unavailable ( not just a day or two for maintenance) was very disappointing.

The property I see has had a great renovation from the first time we stayed there last year. If you have a gray if you have a big family if you’re trying to plan a baby shower, a wedding a bridal party bachelor party anywhere that has a hotel that can hold people there’s a pool great large parking. This is the hotel it is such a family, friendly hotel the lobby is nice and spacious well to me is nice and spacious, is it the Ritz Carlton? No, family friendly great value great location. Great, parking a nice little hall. Yes, yes yes yes. Ps it’s a 20 minute drive from airport

The breakfast One of the waffle machine had went down and so the line for the waffles were so long. I know it seems frivolous, but when you are crunching for time every minute count, and when you have a large family, so that was probably the annoying thing that will say and oh yeah, and the washing machine and dryer was out as well so that was like a big inconvenience.

I love how I feel safe in this hotel I'm a very picky person and I can honestly say this has been our 6 th stay with a few being a few weeks due to family gatherings. Very comfortable I had the remodeled rooms and They are clean and service is always nice

One of the times I went the pool was closed hopefully they can open it soon

It comes with breakfast. It’s in a good location. Karina was good. Beds are comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that they had an indoor pool and it was closed. I feel like if you have an indoor pool it should be open November December, October, so that might’ve been the only downside is that was not available. basically should be open yearly.

I love the fact that even though I bring cleaning supplies. I didn't have to use it. It was very, very clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and the bathroom. The water was awesome.The water got plenty hot, which I love. I would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

I didn't like that. The breakfast had very few options that didn't really have a lot of hot food items there, so we didn't partake of the breakfast.

The amazing price, The waffle bar daily, the staff, the location, the bed was super comfy, the room was spotless and everything worked, juice coffee tea all day, just a nice place all around with a nice sitting spot in the morning

No complaints besides 1 door that slammed but no one's fault, couldn't hear it in room at all just in hallway so no biggie

The hotel is conveniently located between Hartford and Springfield. It is very easy access to the expressway 91. Rooms are big and comfortable, always very clean.

I believe that breakfast could be a little more varied.
