I liked everything about the property. Was clean and neat. Staff was really nice. Beds were really comfortable. I liked the power pressure from the shower. The place itself was really quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and book again whenever we travel from NC. THANK YOU

It was a bit uncomfortable coming back to the room and noticing the staff came in to put clean towels and take the trash out usually I request this things. I’m ok with it I guess it was just off. Other than that we loved our stay.

New man at desk alone. Took about 30 minutes to check in 5 people for 3 rooms. I had a reservation. Toilet intermittently would run during the night. Toilet area is quite small. Couldnt figure out how to get the A/C off auto. Room became warm during the night. Dog barking outside my window at 6AM. He might have been left in car. Im very short in stature. I find it hard to climb into bed. They are too high for me. I have to climb on a chair to get into bed.

Great price, clean rooms, smelled of bleach, not smoky like many hotels(even the non smoking rooms!). Last minute booking, as my $350/nights hotel didn't pan out(they had terrible customer service so we didn't stay.)

Matters a little firm, shower head no pressure. Tub stopper didn't work so couldn't have a bath. Stayed 2 nights, room was not touched by housekeeping, so had no coffee the 2nd morning.

The staff and the people that work there were exceptionally nice helped at any point in time you needed it at any point in time of the day I would recommend Red roof inn to all my friends and beyond very nice I will go back there

The property is conveniently located in between several grocery stores, restaurants and the local transit system that connects to Hartford. Very streamlined

Could use just a general update in the facilities, but they were more than adequate and clean

The only staff that I saw was the person who checked me in on my arrival day. Upon returning to my room, I found towels on my bed which let me know that someone had come into the room. The bathtub was not used due to a stain in it. I attempted to wash it out, but it remained. Overall my stay was good.

Easy to get to the room from the car and vice versa. They were able to accommodate me to be on the first floor which is needed in my case. Will most sufficiently clean.

No pool, the room wasn’t made up on the second and third day

We stayed at a quality in the prior two days which was about $50 more night and the red roof was just as nice just a little smaller

The staff were fine. I just would’ve been nice if they had a smile on their face.

It was a nice place. Close to everything we needed. Next to the highway and not far from the airport. Staff were very nice

Water smelled like a sewer. We had to let it run a while before the smell stopped.

Alittle upset about the people downstairs having company at all hours of the night and drugs , all said during our stay we met some very nice people over the weekend.
