The property is surprisingly clean and in good condition for a 1 star facility. I was expecting worse. The ice maker is in the office which is locked at night, that was the only real unfortunate part. The gentleman at check in was friendly, personable and make the process as easy as possible. The AC worked well and the freezer fridge combo was an awesome surprise (I expected just a fridge!) the location is great - bunch of food and shopping options within less than 10 minute drive.

The ice maker being in the locked office at night was slightly inconvenient. We packed up and left at 7am and went to get ice and the employee was sleeping on the couch in the locked office. I rang the bell 4 times before banging on the window to be let in. (The signs all say “open 24 hours”. He seemed irritated but it’s part of the job.

A lovely little hotel not too far from the highway or downtown, with some great local restaurants not too far. The room itself was perfect, really felt homey. Beds were comfortable, pillows were the perfect mix of soft and plush, while not being too overly soft and still keeping some firmness. Bathroom was perfect, really clean and lovely. Overall just a perfect stay for a reasonable price.

We booked this hotel to fit our budget. It was clean, handy to arrive right off the highway. Is right near highway but you don't hear the traffic once you close the door.

Only negative was fragrance device in outlet overpowered the room. They kindly moved us to a different room where the fragrance was way less as it had run out! :-) Thankful for moving us easily.

The Location & Low, Low Price! This Manchester CT motel property is dated & the location is not glamorous, but the no-frills Queen room was neat & clean. We were just here to sleep, after going to a Mystic Dead show @ Main St. Pub last evening, instead of driving 1-1/2 hrs back to Stonington. EZ PZ.

Room is furnished with a mini fridge and microwave, No coffee maker.

Clean rooms. Great staff.

Booking.com seemed to have dropped the ball with my reservation. Best Stay had no record of my reservation, despite my having received multiple emails from booking.com confirming the reservation. Fortunately, the staff was great and managed to accomodate my stay, anyway.

Good staff, cleanliness, price and stay matches, good access by car, you have possibility park your car next to your room.

Nothing to complain, easy going every thing. Just a minor comment which the hotel may want to consider, when you need to work on laptop or mobile charging when you are on the bed, electrical switches are at a bit distance from the bed.

Easy access, clean, inexpensive, everything one needs to rest and move on. No frills that are paid for and not used. Allows for budget money for a good meal .

Checking in was easy and the staff was very friendly. This space was exactly what we needed. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable. The room was clean and even had a mini fridge and microwave. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was close to a lot of places and the staff member Todd was very nice and welcoming and he also gave us some very good recommendations for breakfast in which we tried and was wonderful

As a child of the sixties this is about as authentc a repro as you can get. Absolutely spotless, comfortable bed. Love this place.

AC was loud unless you turn down the fan.
