Breakfast was hot and delicious. Location was perfect. Rooms were very spacious and beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean! We would definitely stay here again! They thought of everything you could need and provided it. Large fridge, dishes, potholder & dish soap. Coffee pot, shampoo, conditioner, rolling table was great! Linens were soft and clean. Drawers or shelves were perfect for storage. Even had a ceiling fan! We loved our stay here!

I loved the room. It was nice that it was a separate bedroom. Also love that they have make your own waffle station for the kids.

The cost was to high for what it was. I don't like that the price goes up on the weekend. It's expensive enough during the week.

The front desk staff and location were great! Easy to get to from the highway and check in was a breeze. The amount of restaurants and things to do was great as well!

Breakfast was ok but they were overwhelmed by poorly behaved children and never ending traffic so I do not think we had the best look at a typical day. There was never a time that there was plenty of items available to choose from and the eggs were cold. There was a private birthday party in the lobby area so there was not a quiet spot to relax except your room. And kids were running in the hallways at 1 a.m.

Check in was the best part! I think her name might be Tara? She was so welcoming and sweet and gave us an excellent dinner rec! The staff was above and beyond.

The elevator situation was a little inconvenient. There was one down and we walked around to try to find the other one

Clean, family friendly, jacuzzi, pool, gym, spacious

WPillows. The fee is $200 for deposit and booking says its $100. It was released quickly after checkout. However this should be better explained. Second time booking.com tells me wrong amount for this

We had a lovely stay & the location was perfect for our needs. Pet friendly was awesome. We'd certainly stay again if we're visiting the area in the future.

We had booked a king suite for 2 adults, 2 children & a pet. Only three towels were in the room & we had to go ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. I expected these items to be available in our room for our arrival. Not a huge blunder it was an easy fix. Also, we weren't informed breakfast was only until 9 on the weekdays which was a bummer for my late sleepers . I managed to make it in time each day & it was great. Haha Luggage carts. You need more luggage carts or to remind guests not to harbor them in their rooms.

The hotel was quiet. We never heard people in the hallway even though the parking lot was full. When we went down for breakfast, we had the option of carrying our food back to our room with trays that were provided instead of having to make a couple of trips because the breakfast area was full. The woman taking care of restocking food was very prompt when things were getting low

The hot tub/spa jets didn't work when we turned the timer on.

Located close to family, dining, shopping centers, stores, etc. It was convenient to park and had an overall clean feel, minus the cigarette butts littered the one day. Toilettetries came in handy, and towels for 2 people, 3 days. Great space and the full sized refrigerator came in handy, not to mention microwave and other kitchen imenities that were not utilized because of time spent outside of hotel but were there if necessary. Would definitely go back though.

One of the elevators was out of service, and the other was really slow at times as staff held it for janitorial purposes, but understandably they were doing ther job. Cigarette butts were littered all over our entry point on our final day of the 3 day stay. The room had a slight tinge of dirty laundry on a hot summer day. Toilette water smelled a bit like the ocean, hence east coast vibe.

I’m really unhappy with arriving at a hotel and being surprised with a pretty large incidental fee. This is information that should be given and paid upfront.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite the room size was very nice, Answer there was even a Mini kitchen which came in very handy as far as heating up leftovers and a refrigerator.

Reserve a one bedroom king bed and Ended up receiving a too bad full. Also was looking forward to the complimentary breakfast which was a very nice layout unfortunately most of the food was very cold.
