Hot tub shut down and issue with incidental charges. Ma n ager looked down and hardly made eye contact with me. There was no resolution to this issue. Air-conditioning in halls did not seem to be working. Warm, and when we got on the elevator, it waspophard to breathe due to the temperature. Bed mattress a bit hard and had issues sleeping on it.

Location, good breakfast, size of room, friendly staff. It has a pool and a hot tub . Great hotel just had some issues that made this experience a bit disappointing.

The front desk lady, can't remember her name who was always there in the morning was wonderful. We chatted some mornings and that makes for great staff when they care about you as a person

Perfect location very clean nice breakfast

The room faced the parking lot and the curtains do not close all the way, so the light was constantly shining in the room which we didn’t realize until it got dark and we were already unpacked and changed. I would’ve asked for a switch of rooms very difficult to sleep.

The room was big and spacious and clean. The bathroom was good. Parking was plenty and available. The staff were friendly.

The quality of the breakfast wasn't that great.

Great location next to many shops and restaurants and right off the highway. Clean and comfy room/bathroom. Breakfast was standard freebie breakfast of make your own waffles, eggs and bacon. Helpful staff. Would stay again!

it was clean. breakfast was much better than I expected with gluten free options as well as dairy free milk.

the pool was so over-chlorinated that I couldn’t breathe in the pool area. the smell went all the way down the hall and could be noticed as soon as I walked into the property. that pool room needs a more adequate ventilation system.

Very clean

Clean room, great water pressure for the shower, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. New towels when needed. Free breakfast in the morning.

Location. Customer service is excellent. Britany from the front desk was amazing helping us print a file, we sign and she scan to send back. Very attentive, polite.

Do not have beverages on the fridge

Overpriced, no difference between this and La Quinta in my opinion but almost double the price
