Room was good for our purposes and allowed some privacy between parents and kids with the separate room. Good variety for breakfast. Food was fresh and staff was very helpful in getting whatever you needed. Seating area was well appointed and atmosphere friendly.

Bed was small to accomodate room size but it wasn't very comfortable. Need a microwave accessible to customers in breakfast area. The packaged oatmeal options are supposed to be microwaved after you add hot water and we couldn't use the one in the kitchen. They were out of the precooked oatmeal as well.

Hotel was in a good location and close to where I needed to be

I mention twice to the hotel and the other was in a survey I completed that during my stay I was charged for my Service Dog. On the survey the apologized for the inconvenience and said that they would address this issue with the hotel. The hotel said that they would look into the charge and get back to me. I heard nothing back

Room was great and the hotel clean

Booking.com booked me a double room for $309.35. When I arrived the room wasn't available so Residence inn gave me a single room valued $135 less than booking.com charged me. After a month of trying booking.com has yet to credit my debit card the difference.

I love the room. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the separation of the living space from the bedroom. The breakfast was good and eating area spacious.

The fitness center was small. The smell of weed was all around us. There wasn't any channels to watch for kids.

The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our bed was very comfortable.

There was a leak Uber the kitchen sink, and the pool is small so it felt crowded with only a few people in it. I felt that the room was overpriced.

I didn't being asked if I needed room service upon check in and the next day no service. Even after going to the front desk and asking specifically for room service

Suite allowed for 2 separate bedrooms. Full kitchen was nice.

Blankets for extra bed were stiff and itchy. Having the bathroom within the bedroom was inconvenient.

We enjoyed our one night stay. There were four of us and we had a 2 bed/2 bath suite. The extra bathroom was so nice to have! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.
