The room was perfect and the stay was amazing! We loved it and was a great stop on our way to Boston! So clean and nice. Would stay there again

At check in and check out there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. And when she came to check us out wasn’t terribly friendly. It’s fine for me but probably the Cambria hotel wouldn’t be thrilled with her not being very welcoming or personable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't realize there was a lobby restaurant on site for breakfast. The breakfast was exceptional, my husband and I were definitely impressed with the quality of the food. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly.

The placement of the bed compared to the location of the television mounted on the wall was odd. But I wasn't there to watch t.v.

Excellent brand new facility. Our room was large and spacious with high end faux hardwood flooring. We used the gym which was very well populated with treadmills and weights (free and machine based)

The breakfast was sit down only, no buffet style... which normally would be a positive making it higher end, but we were in a rush when we left so didn't have time whereas with a buffet we could have grabbed something and run. So this is definitely a higher end mid tier hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean, good breakfast. The location is excellent, right behind a very nice mall. Easy place for walking.

The Bluetooth bathroom mirror surprised me when I turned it on. I didn't know what it was and the mirror spoke back. A bit of a surprise. Pretty minor thing. Now I know.

The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, the beds were large and amongst the comfiest we've slept in. The staff was super helpful when we had to extend our stay twice and they were supportive with any questions we had. It's right around the corner from useful shops and a nice walking trail, as well as easy access to the highway.

Clean comfortable modern with a nice indoor pool, outside deck and fire pit. Bar and small restaurant a plus! Beds were so comfortable! Love that they do not have carpets in rooms but flooring which is much more hygienic. very clean! Mall nearby. Would stay again as needed.

The room was very nice, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

The only weird thing was that we had to make a request for them to make the beds and clean the bathroom and we weren't informed about that. When we came back from meetings on monday nite we found the room just as messy as we left it. Once we knew, we requested the service for the next day and the room was great when we came back.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, had sufficient storage, and all necessary amenities available.

The rooms are refreshed every 3 days unless otherwise promoted. I would suggest maybe every 2 days. By day 3, our bins were full and toilet paper was out with no spare. This was quickly resolved by calling front desk but it would’ve been better if we didn’t need to do that.

Breakfast was scramb; eggs, toast, fruit potatoes. Nicely done, good waitress. Dinner was chicken tostados--fair--I'm from Texas, so I know what real tostados are like! Yours needed more chicken, more cheese, and served hot with the cheese melted on top, not cold.

When I entered the lobby no one was present at the front desk. I called out and even dialed the hotel number thinking someone would come out to answer the phone. Another guest came in as well. Probably waited a little under ten minutes. Employee was using the restroom.
