the staff is very friendly and understanding I recently had an issue with money and they worked with me

I think that the housekeepers can do a better job and I think they should clean your rooms more often no matter how long you stay

It was clean. They allow dogs so I liked the fact there was no carpeting in the room. It felt clean considering dogs have accidents. There was a nice fenced in area for the dogs.

Bare bones but clean and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised of the size of the suite. We will be staying there whenever we travel to Connecticut.

The only thing I didn't like is I saw a roach walking across the ceiling and the cigarette burns in the bathroom. Overall it was a great place.

I love it here because it clean organized. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great place for family and friends to stay and relax.

I don’t personally like carpeted room

Super clean and comfortable. Asked for an extra blanket and it was immediately brought to our room. We didn’t ask for kitchen supplies but the list of what was available was extensive. The lighting was also very good. Very nice. We would go back.

The furniture was comfortable but a little worn. Not going to stop us from returning! We liked our king suite.

It’s very convenient close to highway and restaurants Comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Super friendly staff. I had lost an earring , called them and they called me back when they found it!

The air conditioning is a bit noisy, we had to turn it off.

Large room , comfortable, great location. Front desk manager, June, was very pleasant and accomodating. Large fridge in room.

I did not participate in breakfast. What I physically saw that was offered for breakfast was extremely light. For the price I expected more.

it was nice our 1st time staying there we will definitly stay again especially because its a pet friendly hotel and the price wasnt to bad

there was one lady in the front who wasnt very friendly that made me and my husband not want to come back

Location was very convenient!! Close to mall, stores, gas stations and and alot of different amenities!!

Wish they had an ice machine on premise, but gas stations are near by!
