I thought the manager Andrew was exceptional and so friendly going out of his way to welcome us. Even on check in Andrew let us in a just a little early to accommodate my elderly sister who was not feeling well. Then checked in on us later to see if we were okay. This is so rare these days so thank you Andrew for your kindness. My sister appreciated it so she could rest her sore back from the long car ride. The hotel is really new, beds were so comfortable and the shower pressure better than most hotels.Everyone was lucky to get a restful sleep. It is a quiet hotel despite being near the highway. We went to On the Border for dinner and the food was delicious. Lots of choices around there for lunch or dinner. Next day I met a Harlem Globetrotter Irwin and he took a picture of me in front of their bus. That was exciting. Irwin was six foot nine inches tall and so polite. The breakfast consisted of all the normal things to eat and they have a pancake machine. I liked how they have fruit for breakfast and yoghurt so different preferences to pick.

I could not fault anything at the hotel. The staff even put my sister’s ice cream in their own personal refrigerator. The refrigerators do not have a freezer in the rooms. I think it is the little touches that make this hotel stand out from all the other hotels I have stayed in around the world. Definitely stay there again. You won’t be disappointed and the price was so reasonable. Keep up the good work.

The breakfast and room were amazing. There are lots of options to choose from. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. I loved that it was outdoors. The facility was very clean. The staff were more than accommodating. The location was perfect, right off the highway, and we had dinner at my favorite restaurant, Longhorn, which was 5 mins away.

The only thing I disliked was the smell. Though the room looked visibly spotless, there was a distinct smell upon entering the room.

The breakfast was a nice bonus! Rooms and hotel were clean and staff were very friendly. Specifically Andrew, whom after calling the hotel for the 2nd time, was able to assist me with releasing my payment from Cashapp. (See details in my dislikes)

It took more than 3 weeks to be refunded for my deposit. When 1st calling the hotel to ask about this, they informed me that it could take a month when using a cashapp card, so they try to let us know that before using one. Well, unfortunately, I wasn't told that. So, my only downfall of staying here was that. Just wish I would've known.

The beds were very comfortable. The water was hot. Front desk were friendly and kind

We were put on first floor and could hear a lot of noise until late into the night. The floor in our room didn’t seem as clean as it could. The breakfast was not very good. Went at 8:00 and Coffee was empty, had to ask for more. Napkins were gone. Potatoes were gone and I over heard that they would not be making more. The tables were not wiped In between guests.

Gym equipment didn’t work. Disappointing rates. It’s unfortunate that when a reservation is made and find another rate less expensive, it can not be honored and matched. And rates double on the weekend. I wound if my hospital did that to your family that are inpatient if that would be good customer service.

Very comfortable bed, good breakfast (simple, but good). Good coffee available all day.

Whole the common areas are nicely renovated, the room has seen better days. They keep the deposit for way too long.

Great location! Easy access to highway. Plenty of restaurants and shopping choices close by.

Bath had a few deferred maintenance issues. Shower curtain rod was not attached properly. Tub nozzle was loose and allowing water into wall. Toilet seat was loose.

The hotel is very clean, with new furniture and a large king-size bed. The receptionist is very friendly during the day.

At night, the receptionist is an elderly woman who should have retired long ago. She called me at two in the morning and asked if I had paid the deposit.

I like the location as it is very quiet and close to many restaurants. The staff was also very professional and nice

Before I booked, I called and asked if there was a pool and if they offered late check out, and I was told that they offer both. When I got there, the pool was out of service and wouldn't be cleaned and available until the other week. As for the late check out, they told me they were booked, so I couldn't check out late. So I had no where to go before my flight.

GREAT! The bed was dope! extra fluffy nest of fresh linens with a massive tv, I put the food network on and took a nap. They have a pancake machine and everything was fresh. the coffee was pretty good because they had almond milk. My wife had plenty of healthy options. We like the gym. We stayed an extra night because everyone left and now it's super quite. I went to smoke a joint outside and I found a creek outback. Prohabition has been lifted in CT, so smoke it if you got it! :) The shower had plenty of hot water. And the room was nice and clean. Every time I came in the door, the staff was cleaning and sanitizing which is important to us. They were all very friendly. I work remotely, so the lobby office space came in handy. I spent all weekend getting caught up on work. They have laundry onsite, we didn't need it this weekend, but that's good to know. we travel a lot because of my job. So that kind of amenity is great with us.

The light in the bathroom is wonky, it's like a strobe light, so we just put on some techno, broke out the glowsticks and had a dance battle. after that, we had a cuddle-pubble and talked about the moon and the stars, so the mood lighting really brought us back to a better time.
