There was not one negative staff member. We checked in later, and that wasn't a problem. Everyone was polit and seemed happy to help and be there Jeremy was extremely helpful and geared for perfection when making breakfast. He didn't miss a beat, miss a thing we ordered. Everything was made the way we asked and well prepared. He was so anxious to be sure everything was perfect, ever when we told him not to stress it. He was working alone, someone was late or didn't come in, and he did not let that affect his job or service he provided.

If I had to give one negative, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

We thought it was going to be a complimentary but it wasn't so we went out for breakfast.

Check- in staff spoke so softly as an elderly perso i couldn't understand him. He repeated his question 4 times , didn't change the volume. That's was very frustrating and embarrassing. Finally my daughter stepped up and asked him what he needed from me. I'm not deaf but as an elderly person don't hear as well.

Check-in was easy, they have refreshing water and complimentary cookies, I loved the room with a jacuzzi, in the bathroom they have everything and in large containers with a lavender scent, I didn't have to use my own that I brought and the pool is super clean, they check it all the time to see if the water is clean and it's close to everything. I'll be back 😊

The staff is always so friendly and helpful Me & my Sister have been coming to this location for over 2 years and we have, not had any negative things to say about the staff or the care we receive!....Crissy and the other staff workers treat us like family!....We have been to other hotels/motels in the area, and end up coming back to where we are treated with RESPECT AND LOVE

I liked everything. I usually pick places with a free breakfast. I was confused when I booked and thought there was breakfast. However, there was a bistro at the hotel to purchase breakfast and other sandwiches. It was a bit pricey but very convenient

The receptionist (Christy) was always very helpful as were all the staff. The Bistro had a very good selection for breakfast and for a snack in the evening with drinks. We enjoyed our stay there during a very trying time with a family matter.

Staff was so friendly, capable & helpful! Breakfast was very good. Hotel was quiet & I was so glad it had a pool & hot tub!

Bed was too firm for me. Hot tub whirlpool was hot (lovely!), but whirlpool switch didn't work. Thinnest toilet paper I have ever seen!

The location was good. We did not eat breakfast there.

Not all items were listed on the Starbucks menu, but staff informed us of other options. Plugs in my room seemed loose and temperamental. A few more kid/family friendly TV options would have been nice.

Staff poorly communicated. I mistakenly book only one night instead of two, obviously my mistake, however if the person checking us in confirmed our length of our stay, it would have been less of an inconvenience.

beautiful place, excellent location.

Found to be expensive compared to another place we stayed in same location. was not impressed when seeing a bottle of water was $8.00 in the room if used, kind of insulting considering the price you paid for the room. this was the Vernon Conn. location. We stayed at the Hilton express in Vernon and Newport North Carolina for 3 nights total for less and breakfast buffet was included, well worth it. We did not book with a Marriott hotel in Bangor Maine due to ridiculous price for 1 night.
