Great staff! I’ve arrived without much expectations, but right away I was blown away by the kindness of the manager! The place is well located, clean and organised! I felt welcomed right away! Also, I have a service dog, who was as welcomed as I was!

It’s not the property’s fault, but there were much smokers and I do hate cigars of any kind!

We needed a place to stay on our way to Boston. This location was right off the highway (but also quiet), so it was a quick in at night and out the next morning. It had obviously recently been renovated and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast could use some type of protein and bread for highway travelers, as other options were light. However, the owner or manager was there, actually asked about this and what we thought we would like to see in the future- I thought that was a great sign for the future of this hotel!

Bed frame made a little noise, but that didn’t keep or wake us up.

It's very close to the highway which makes it ideal for travel, but it wasn't loud outside at all. There was also a lot of fast food and other food places very close by. The bed was very comfy and we loved the modern look of the room. It had everything we could need for a short stay. The one queen bed room was perfectly sized for two people. I also liked that the heating in the room was very easy to use.

We didn't have the breakfast, but it didn't look like there was much available which was a negative. However, there are a lot of places very close to get food at.

Staff was very nice and the renovated rooms are much nicer than you would expect in a motel.

Everything is what you would expect in a lower cost motel and actually nicer than that. Breakfast could be just a bit better or expanded, with perhaps one non-sugary cereal or oatmeal and one different milk option (non dairy would be nice). But it was nice that there was fresh coffee and whole wheat toast.

The rooms were updated- I really love the tile/vinyl floors instead of carpets. The room was clearly recently updated and in good condition. The staff was friendly and did a great job making the process easy as possible.

Cleaning needed a bit of work on the details. There was something black in the freezer, and a hair on the towel. The tv service was also very choppy.

The manager was excellent. Gave me and my fiancé the same room we got engaged in. Customer service is top notch. And the rooms are cleaned perfectly

We stayed here while attending the Travellers tournament and found the location fantastic and the hotel brilliant for what we needed. It was clean, the staff were super friendly and the rooms spacious with excellent air conditioning. Thanks for having us!

It’s location is located by restaurants, gas stations, the room was warm and comfy.

The hotel is located by the highway and busy road, you can hear the cars, tractor trailers, sirens ect…. I was surprised to see an extra charge of $85 in my bank account. I asked about it but didn’t get a clear answer. I was told it would be refunded in 4-5. I stayed for a 3rd night and was charged another $85, I will have to wait until next week to see if it’s refunded. Mysterious charges and waiting for refund wasn’t acceptable.

I stay here regularly and am always satisfied. The rooms have been renovated more recently and are very nice. No frills but comfortable and a good location.

With recent renovations it appears coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. I hope they will put them back in.

The cleanest "casual" hotel I've ever seen. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet, convenient location, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

We don't have any complaints at all, the facility and staff are great. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
