The breakfast was not what I can eat medically. I brought my own breakfast.

I had an accessible room, and it was well laid out. I appreciated it. The only thing I wondered about was that there was no shelf in the shower to put anything on, like the bar of soap! Lots of things like lamps and the clock radio were left unplugged. I was able to plug them in, but another handicapped person might not be able to physically bend down or move furniture to plug them in. The recliner chair reclined with the handle, but it would not close easily, and I had to climb out of it and that was dangerous for me.

The property exterior was very clean. Parking lot was well light making the feel “very safe.” Front desk/lobby was clean, well light & front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable.

Although the room was very comfortable there were a few things I’d change. There were only 2, very soft undersized pillows, making it necessary to return to the front desk to get additional pillows (they were very accommodating). The television height made it impossible to sit at the kitchen bar and watch television simultaneously. Even with those minor issues, they stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay at this property the next time we are in the area!

The room was quiet, clean, and fully accessorized. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. All staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient.

The "breakfast", such as it was, was a "grab-and-go" arrangement which only included coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, and pre-packaged muffins. Addition of a true (small) cafe with hot meal options would be perfect!

Nice area, very calm and tranquil.The room had a kitchen and additional appliances could be asked for. The size of the room was great since it fit a whole kitchen in there. The bathroom was also good.

Breakfast was basically just coffee, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it for the night

Location was easy access to all the things we wanted to do in the area. Was nice that there was coffee, tea, & hot chocolate available in the morning.

The breakfast items were somewhat limited. Would like to have a little more variety than blueberry & chocolate muffins. Perhaps some packaged Danish and fruit.

The hotel's location is especially convenient for visiting the UCONN Health Academic Campus and hospital complex. While it is an older property with dated decor, it is very well-maintained. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. I had to leave early so didn't experience the breakfast.

The hotel is partially hidden from street view by trees, and I drove past it by mistake.

It was clean, quiet and included a kitchenette in the room. There was a good place to eat (Five Corners Bistro and Craft Bar) less than a mile from the hotel.

There weren’t many things to do or places to eat close to the property. “Breakfast” included a wrapped muffin and coffee to go.

The breakfast was as advertised - coffee, muffins, granola bars

They do not have an ice machine on the property and the kitchen, which was very nice, did not have any dishes, glasses or utensils. We were only there for two nights, so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room.

Good location with your own kitchen.

Breakfast was a disappointment being only coffee in paper cups and trail mix style bars at a counter in the foyer. $25.00 a night for pets.

Location. As mom I pd for stay for dtr/husband. Staff was awesome in making sure ckin late on Christmas eve went smoothly.. it did.
