Starr was excellent polite professional.

Nothing about the hotel. But we traveled with our 2 dogs. Which are not used to traveling we came for a wedding. Now the hotel is pet friendly dogs bark. Someone called to complain about the barking. Dogs were in crates in the room. We were at the wedding of course they’re gonna bark when they hear a noise. If this isn’t in place this is my suggestion. Either set aside a section for pets like first floor only if not let people have a choice of staying near pets or not. Thank you.

Great family environment, great breakfast options for everyone

Found a pill on the floor in our suite (with 5 children) Garbage disposal smelled so horrible we had to keep sink drain plugged. Had to open all windows, spray perfumes to minimize the smell. Top of the fridge had layers of dust. It could have been much cleaner for $350. Used phone and was charged almost $60 for local same area code calls when was wasn’t posted about fee for any use but was refunded.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Bed was comfortable.I like that they are suites so there is a place to sit instead of just the bed. It was also nice to have a kitchen with the refrigerator, microwave and mini stove.

The breakfast was ok. It had the basics, but an addition of a waffle maker or pancake option would be great. The sausage and potatoes did not taste good. I did not have the eggs with cheese, so I can not speak to that.

This is a perfect hotel for my family and I! We got a king suite and it was the perfect size. My little one slept on the pull out couch and we had a king size bed. I love that the room were separated so we could close the door. The room was very clean. The bed was pretty comfy. We used the pool which was great. We went on a Wednesday night and they set out wine and cheese. The staff was super friendly too!

Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, so we had to put towels in front of if. It wasn’t that big of a deal but it would have been nice had it closed.

Been in this hotel before however this time I arrived a little late at night and Shane the night desk person when learned that I was tired and It's been a long day. immediately give me the best room possible and make my stay the best. I travel a lot and in the many places I have been around the world, this is the place I look forward to coming back to soon.

To be honest I belive can improve a little bit.

Great staff. Hot breakfast.

One of the bathroom lights was not working and it was not bright enough in the bathroom. The cleaning team must have noticed that but it was not fixed. There was actually no business center. It looks like what used to be the business center before is now a storage room with things piled up on what looks like a printer. Fax service was available if you give the document to a staff member who would than fax for you. No privacy there.

Good location, clean room and bathroom. Good design of the suite except that the refrigerator doors were "handed" the wrong way. To open you had to step backwards with it until it was open and then step forward to get items out. You couldn't step back because of the table. The bed was comfortable for the most part. It was to firm for my wife.

Didn't like that most things were extra. There was a charge for the high speed wifi. There was upcharges for anything other than broadcast TV.

Everything was as advertised .

The night staff call my room looking for my guest, for another guest. They put person on phone at front desk, to ask for my guest in the room. I thought that was Very unprofessional. My guest was very upset.

Breakfast was well above average. Room was spacious and well-designed. Lobby and breakfast eating area very pleasant and upscale.

The sitting area of my suite had a very strong foul chemical solvent odor. The walls between adjacent guest rooms seemed very thin and not sound proofed. I could very clearly hear a guest in the next room talking, coughing, snoring, etc.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of food each morning.

Room could have been a little cleaner. There was a used towel hanging over the shower. The grout in the bathroom floor was dirty, causing us to wear shoes/slippers all the time.
