Great location and loved that there was a restaurant on site.

I was disappointed that a microwave was only available upon request. Seems that the Queen Suite should automatically include one. It was late night when I realized I needed one, and I did not want to bother the front desk with a request to bring one up at such a late hour. Also, there was some sort of swim competition going on at the pool that woke me up really early in the morning when my family had planned to sleep in. Next time I would request a room on a higher floor away from the pool.

Overall it's good and comfy and modern

The nightshift staff doesn't have a clue. (I checked in at 11pm) I asked if my booking includes breakfast, she said yes, but next morning I learned that it is not the case. I got a package from amazon and I had to ask at night since we returned to the hotel late, and she couldn't find it, had to leave to the daytime staff to find it.

I loved the big lighted mirror in the bathroom! Having the bulbs around the back of the entire frame (instead of just above like most bathroom lights) made for perfect lighting! Nice and bright! Also loved the night light on the underside of the bathroom light switch fixture. Awesome!👏 👍 Front desk and bar staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The pool was nice, property was nice. Room was clean.

The room was small, our view was a brick wall, they charged 4$ for the bottle of water in the room. I felt it wasn't worth the money we spent on that room. Also got charged for the free breakfast- and we asked for late checkout but came down at 11:30 and was charged $50. not worth the prices here.

This is the fourth year we have stayed at this property while visiting family in the area every autumn. We fine it to be the most comfortable offering in the area. We appreciate in particular the facilities: access to pool, gym, and restaurant, all in one location (especially when the weather is bad…). Kids adore it. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We always love the cookies!

The cleaning service was not done one day, not sure why.

Being exposed as family to sexual acts by others in the pool and hot tub area. I know there is no life guard on duty but some security walk thru would suffice. My kids are ten and four. And there were other young kids playing in the pool too.

I like the location, it is close to everything like grocery stores, pharmacy, the exit to the highway, the facility itself is very clean and housekeeping was consistent with cleaning.

I don't think there is anything that i didn't like, everything is so lovely around the vicinity.

The Kiln! What an iconic history behind it. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and well presented. The front desk receptionist, Tom was super helpful. I feel though, there should be USB charging ports in the room.

The ed and linens are very comfortable. I enjoyed the overall hotel decor and the hot tub was a plus. The rooms are very quiet and even though my room was in the first floor, I could not hear outdoor noises.

The air conditioner in my bedroom was noisy. The towels could have been softer than the ones offered during our stay. The pool towel is not fluffy at all.

The location is super convenient. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. I will definitely be staying here again. Double Tree is very accommodating and the staff are very friendly.

I have zero complaints.
