I had no complaints about the hotel except for a few of the card readers for entry into the hotel that did not work.

You can only enter the hotel from the main entrance. It seems the card readers for the back entrance and side entrance of the hotel were broken. In my opinion, the card reader for the back entrance certainly should be working. At night, I would think it would pose a safety risk considering you would have to walk outside from the back of the hotel to the front entrance. Another question is what happens when the temperature falls in the winter?

The front desk staff were all absolutely FABULOUS! Warm, engaging and made me feel very welcome. Every business should have a staff this good. Honestly, they were wonderful!

Although the room was attractive and clean, the bathroom floor had hair tangles floating around in the breeze, and they weren't mine. I requested a special cleaning but it wasn't done. Had to ask again; they cleaned it while we watched TV and left it smelling like strong perfumed that gave me a headache it was so pungent.

I had never stayed at a Spring Hill facilty, so I didn't know what to expect. The faciliy was cealn, modern, well-placed for my subsequent location, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and well-appointed, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was good. Great experience overall that I would do again!

Scrambled eggs were meh. Need to use real eggs not dried eggs, but I know that costs more.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Front desk was very helpful in assisting me with using the computer to print off documents for business. Bar staff friendly and king. Wonderful experience

The breakfast and location were both good.

What I didn't like at all was trying to communicate with ANYONE in the company. Trying to register online took 1 1/2 hours and it never happened. And - I left my library book in room 122, tried to let someone know and that never happened, either. Why not? Why couldn't someone just call or email me that my book is there? This is a last Marriott stay!

It was close to where I was attending my sisters wedding . Easy check in staff was really sweet and accommodating

Nothing - my room was the first on ground floor and I requested for the easiest access due to disability, only downfall for others is that you can hear the ppl talking , near breakfast but didn't bother me

Stay was comfortable and staffs were mostly helpful. The breakfast met our requirement well, however, a wider variety was expected. The room size good and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for the area and our needs.

Broken Mirror light only 2 light we’re functioning. Shower head did not work properly, but worked enough to shower…Broken ironing board, had to put the board on the bed to use. I enjoyed the my stay and the staff was wonderful, but given what I paid my expectations are that everything should be functioning correctly..

Everything was clean and organized.

The fact that they charged me three times for my one overnight stay and had to call back multiple times to get it situated and funds refunded.

Everything! Our room was so huge and cozy and I especially loved the walk in closet!

The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 was because the pool was very mucky and the pool floor was very slimy and slippery.
