The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff was great

Need to double-check rooms found toe nails stuck to lamp toe nails on floor big red stain on rug need to make sure wash clothes are also put in bathroom with the bar soap definitely need to vacuum rugs around the bed and in the halls and the stairwells I seen youg man with a broom trying to clean them Most IMPORTANT THING FIX THE ELEVATOR OR HAVE ROOM DOWN STAIRS FOR HANDICAPPED ♿️ PEOPLE ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK THATS A BIGGIE ORHER THEN THESE FEW PROBLEMS THE STAY WAS GREAT ONCE TESE ARE ARE PERFECTED IT BE EVEN BETTER

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the pool.

I never have a problem with the staff. The ladies at this hotel works very hard to ensure family and myself are very comfortable. They are very polite and professional. However, I was taken back by a comment made by a male Spanish member of the custodial staff to my daughter. My daughter said he was rude and disrespectful and made a comment about her previous stay.. After that the male Spanish member of the custodial staff stopped saying "Good Morning".

Very clean, quiet, the vibe was homey, staff was very kind and friendly. Very helpful with location and directions to places. Rooms were very accommodating, free continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we are ever back in town.

The parking lot is a little confusing until you get used to it but not bad.

Breakfast was outstanding

The bar / tavern never open when advertised. I took the sign down in the lobby and gave it to the person behind the desk. I told her it was false advertising. Suppose to be open Tuesday 5 to 10. (not open) Wednesday closed early. Also, should have a much bigger sign at the driveway entrance.

We arrived late in the evening and the front desk representative, Vanessa I believe was her name, was extremely welcoming and full of energy and proactive during our registration.

TV in room was not synched, channels and programming, so it was not easy to navigate programming to wind down after a long day.

Warm room and heated pool and pool area

The shower is tricky. I couldn’t get it to work. I went to breakfast and then told front desk the shower was broken. She showed me a diagram and it worked. I believe they should have a sign in bathroom showing how the shower faucet works

Great location with easy parking. The place was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place isn't in the nicest area, and some of the clientele they host leave much to he desired. Mostly this was an issue during the continental breakfast. Just go somewhere else for breakfast and enjoy yourself.

Nothing i didn’t like But i would prefer if there is section for halal food So i can order from the hotel instead of outside restaurants

The breakfast bar was great The bacon, home fries and waffles were all great Even the peach drink 💙💙💙

I went expecting there to be a hot tub yet I didn’t ask I assumed so that was on me.

Staff was great! Room very comfortable! Convenient location to access the highway 91.

The shower curtain rod (in room 106) needs repairing as brackets are loose, so rod drops down, and curtain slides from the ends to center resulting in wet floors after showering.
