Great room, with kitchen facilities. Easy to find from the interstate and convenient for a morning drive back to JFK airport. Ample parking. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice to have a pool.

Nothing to dislike, although the food selection at reception could have been better - but it was good enough for us to stay and eat in our room rather than drive further to find a restaurant

The hotel was very clean, the cleaning staff were always checking and cleaning anything that was dirty/out of place. The check in was pleasant and prompt, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were also very nice and kept the area clean and well stocked. I really appreciated the staff that do the work that we as customers rarely acknowledge. their hard work and care shows on this property. Many thanks to all of them.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, fitness center and the pool/hot tub were excellent, and the breakfast was next level! Best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Will stay here again, highly recommend. The only negative was the water temperature in the shower was very warm at best. It was explained to me that the reason for this was one water heater for the whole premises.

No hot showers due to lukewarm water temperature.

My room had 2 queen sized beds and a sofa bed. A kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, 2 burner induction, all the cutlery and dishes, pots and pans. Dish soap. It was good. The pool was nice and warm. The room had a good TV selection of apps.

The toilet in my room was not secure, every time you sat down, it rocked from the connection on the floor. Regulating the temperature was a little difficult in the room as the room kept cooling once it reached the temperature you wanted. There was a draft coming through the wall unit. The whirlpool was chilly.

I had just come from a barbaric cervical surgery in NyCity. I had to stay close to the hospital for 3 additional nights as per Drs Orders. I had no idea what to expect, but in a college town - it wasn't much. However - I was so impressed I stated that I could live in the king suite

Securtiy guard hanging out with friends at 3am outside my window. Right outside main entrance making a ruckus for 2 full hours.

From check-in to check out, this was an exceptional one night stay. We booked last minute as we were attending an event that was ending late. The staff could not have been more professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and expansive. The deluxe suite was as advertised and very comfortable and spacious. The location was easy off and on 95.

Very clean and newer building, friendly staff, the most comfortable bed, shower pressure was great. Easy access to the safe parking lot, plus a very well prepared breakfast although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy. Maybe next time

Almost everything was ok except the experience with the front desk check in that evening, thus 9/10 instead of 10/10. The nicest staff members are the ones who work at the kitchen. Thank you for the delicious breakfast!

As fast you check in just get ready and give the pool Quickly that check-in already ensures that customers already have the pool bracelets because having an employee to get you out of the pool just because you don't have pool bracelets was not right

Being able to accommodate when booking through third parties. Inconvenience when switching rooms due to double booking. Room size I needed wasn't available so I had to switch hotels and move all my stuff, look for another hotel with my family. We were from out of town and had luggage, small baby. Other than that everything was great!

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. My comfort seemed to be her concern.

Breakfast was the weakest part for me. No fresh fruit, eggs were cold and we had to wait quite a while for them to be replaced. Other offerings were good.
