I would have given it 5 stars across the board had it not been for the fact that the toilet ran a little and the walls were a "little" thin to where I could "sometimes" hear conversation next door and there were a couple of late night banging noises in the hallway. But positively speaking, the conversation next door could not be heard from the sleeping area; only the bathroom so... The all and all positives were except for a tiny bit of dust on the floor, the bathroom and room seemed to spotless, the bed was tremendously comfortable and the room darkening blinds and AC in the July heat and beigjt sunlight worked. Also, although I got in late from after the fireworks, there was someone at the desk who was helpful I liked being able to leave a cash deposit and getting it back in the AM instead of it being "on hold" for 5 days. And lastly the breakfast was in a clean area and was better than I expected for the fair / reasonable price of $125.00 for king. It offered waffles (o wish it was marked better bc I didn't know it was waffle mixture until later) fresh apples with no bruises, cold cereal and yogurt plus a bunch of like banana breads and muffins. Juice would have made it perfect as I don't drink coffee; but this free breakfast was better than many I have seen. I would recommend a short stay there highly!

See above ..oh and the other thing I would highly recommend is a gentle lamp near the bed which would be wall mounted even if they are afraid of theft or breakage. The overhead light was too much for gentle nighttime reading or relaxation.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Location worked well for our stay.

The simple fact you don’t make account deductions at the time of using them. I added on additional days for my stay twice. I didn’t know you were not debiting my account immediately. After I left, all deductions were debited on my account. I recd 3 days of charges at one time. I ended up using my card for other purposes, I then became over drawn. I think you should tell the customer at the time of the transaction the amount will not be debited to your account right away.

The room was clean, but my only suggestion is to NOT put a cigarette burned bedspread on a bed in a NON SMOKING room. Also, there wasn't enough shampoo for 2 people with longer hair

The room was cleaner than I expected it to be. My partner was surprised as well. The beds were okay, comfortable enough to sleep, but nothing to really brag about.
