The staff was very understanding to my needs and complaints. They rectified any issues i encountered instantaneously. The location is great since it's near the highway. The room itself i love. It's very comfortable with ample parking. I will always choose this property to stay at but they have to improve on a few things but overall I enjoyed my stay there.

I didn't like the fact that on 2 different occasions someone had a key to my room and walked in while I was in bed. That was scary for me. The hot water in the room was extremely hot to where you could burn yourself. The temperature needs to be adjusted. Also the room phone did not work at all, no dial tone so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. There were too many homeless people on the property. I'm not sure if they live there or not. They need more breakfast options.

The room was more of an appartement than a room, really huge with a kitchen, dinner table & chairs, a living room, plenty of storage space. This would have been great for a longer stay, but we stayed only 1 night. The breakfast buffet was really good, there were lots of options: waffles, pancakes, cereals, sausages & bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit juices. Overall everything was very clean and well maintained.

We did not choose this hotel, it was Booking who proposed it to us as our first choice cancelled the day before our arrival. Therefore I think that the location was really not great, in the back of a business park, in the middle of an industrial area, the surroundings did not seem very friendly or attractive, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the breakfast in a cozy lobby.

I was in town for an event at Yale and booked here for two nights as an alternative to some of the pricier downtown hotels. I was not disappointed. The room we booked had a full kitchen, a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa. We weren't in need of the kitchen, but it would be great for a longer stay or for a family. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure good. Staff was professional and friendly and there's a full standard breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

While the property itself was fine, the area is a little odd and isolated feeling - next to some kind of office building and a big furniture store. There's a "gate" to the parking area, which is just an arm that goes up and down. But you can walk right in, which felt less safe. Though the room seemed well-cleaned, there was a faint smell of cigarettes (or something) in the room when we arrived. While we didn't need the pull-out sofa, I didn't see any linens for it in the room or even an extra blanket, so I assume you would have to ask for those.

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a full refrigerator with freezer, small microwave, full stove and dishwasher. The room was clean and spacious. Great value for the price. Outside eating areas were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The decor is outdated and could use a refresh, but for the price this was not a surprise. The breakfast was okay. As someone with allergies, labeling of cereals would have been helpful. The kitchen had few supplies-3 dishes, two cups, etc.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating- the cold breakfast option was nice and they had snacks and water available during day.

Room smelled like smoke - they gave us a new room that was somewhat better. It happened to be a cool weekend so we opened doors and windows to air the room out. Aside from the room smelling like cigarette smoke- the room was very clean. And the staff was very nice. The parking lot and other visitors were quiet and we had no issues.

I liked the set up and the space in the room. The location was convenient, and the price was right. Bed was very comfy. One particularly helpful person at the front desk was Serenity. She really understands customer service and "service recovery".

Coffee maker was missing from the room, and people on staff did not know where to find one. My family reserved 3 studios. We reserved 10 months in advance, and studios were near each other. One part of the family did not arrive until 5:30 pm. When they entered the room, it had not been cleaned, and for some reason, no one on staff available to manage it. So that part of the family was moved to a different location. Though breakfast came with room, and there was sausage and potatoes, there were no eggs or items that would typically be served with sausage and potatoes. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit worn out. However, OK for the price. HVAC is very noisy. Disturbed my sleep. With a little attention to detail, this place would be a gem.

Diego at the front desk was wonderful! He was very helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. It's definitely not a luxury hotel, but it did the job. We were able to leave our car at no charge when we flew out of Tweed for 4 days, which saved us $120 in parking fees.

The furnishings in the room were worn, and there was hair on the wall in the bathroom. There were also no sheets/blankets/pillows for the pull out twin bed.

I like the room size, comfortable bed, and staff was very pleasant.

The toilet got stopped up, and I was given a plunger. I believe the staff should have taken care of that and probably should have given me another room. Was very surprised at how small the sofa was. The food choices were good, especially for those who don't eat pork and you should always have waffles.

Outdated rooms but got everything what's needed. Clean and comfy. Even sofa bed was surprised good. Rooms are bigger than expected. WiFi was horrible (unstable less than 2Mbit) but 5G in the area works perfect (over 700Mbit) and it was not an issue for us but maybe important for someone else.

Security parking. Large studio room with full kitchen. Very quite room. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed.

Area was in the middle of industrial parking lots on the outskirts of town. Furnishings are showing lots of wear and tear. Carpet is well worn. The whole room could use a face-lift.
