Great location, helpful staff, the room was clean and had a comfy desk chair, a coffee machine and a refrigerator.

The sound insulation of the room could have been better. The hotel is located on a pretty busy street, and the windows, which faced the street, did not block the sound of the traffic well. In addition, I could hear the TV from the adjacent room (which was connected to mine through a locked door.) The portion size of breakfast dishes could have been larger.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Check-in by Michelle was quick. We also got reference for private shuttle for an very early morning ride to the train station (taxis are not available early morning). The gym was always clean and had water and towels ready.

Garbage disposal and new towels were provided daily, but housekeeping was only 2x per week during our 8 night stay. This is a bit odd for a large chain hotel like Mariott. We would prefer daily housekeeping.

The location is ideal for anyone travelling to Yale. The front desk staff were great.

Tried to order food the first night at the Bistro and the worker was awkward about accepting cash, saying he was not left with money to make change (for my large bill) and eventually saying not to worry about paying; quickly accepting when I suggested he keep the change. He likely pocketed the money as it did not get rung into the till. On another morning, I used the computer in the business centre and discovered, due to a chatty next-computer-neighbor, that I was seated next to an employee who had just started work there. She was watching tik-tok videos. The toilet paper was the cheapest money could buy.

Breakfast was Starbucks in lobby. Convenient but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful.

No hot water for first 3 days, then only minimal hot water for showers. Heat was either blasting or off - unable to regulate.

The property is located very close to Yale grounds. It is clean and the stuff is friendly. If you travel with kinds 12+ they will charge extra for kids breakfast. Additionally, the is extra $25 charge per night per parking, so you have to bear in mind when booking.

The property was clean and spacious lots of types of different drinks and and foods one of my favourite things here first hotel I’ve ever been to what does Starbucks coffee cold or hot in bottles or from the machine inside? Well pleased with that that was just a bonus for me.

The room and bathroom were generously sized. The Fitness center was also adequate and I appreciated the staff's quick response in turning down the temperature at the gym when asked.

The entry from the garage was a bit drab. Could be dressed up better.

2nd time there. Location is excellent.

Parking $25 per day. Charge for everything no free a.m. breakfast also charge for tea or coffee in lobby.

oatmeal was delicious and the berries were fresh and sweet. staff was very helpful and pleasant. Staff held my suitcase and walker while I left to get cash at atm. room was quiet and easy to access.

I called early the morning of to see if we were able to get into the room a little earlier than 3 pm and there was rooms available for us for 9am. We were pleasantly surprised and happy since we were exhausted from our trip. :)
