The hotel was super clean, very nice room ---large ! There was a nice living room area with the room,....lots of different surfaces upon which we could lay our belongings without having to put them on the bed or floor. EVERY person on the staff downstairs, on different shift times, were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient right off the highway, but close to downtown Milford the back way too.

Breakfast could be better (specifically eggs). Each nightstand needs a type of lamp with additional electrical outlets and USB port(s) on the bottom of it, rather than just one of those lamps.

The breakfast was good, as many others have said in their reviews. The room was very comfortable and the location was super convenient! The aspect that stood out far beyond the other, however, is the staff. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, genuine, and I sincerely hope their pay reflects how amazing they are at addressing the needs and wants of each and every guest!

For the cost of the room, I would have liked for the kitchenette area to be equipped as a kitchenette. There's a mini fridge, sink, and some counter space, but no microwave, no silverware, and no dishware. The fridge also did not include a freezer

My only issue with the room was the cleanliness of the floor. I did have an issue with the Booking.com reservationist who assured me the ADA room had a roll in shower. It did not. This was important as I was recuperating from knee surgery. She also asked about special requests and I requested foam pillows. I don't know whether this was not communicated or if they weren't available but I had feather pillows

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nazeem checked us in and was very kind and accomodating. Throughout our stay she attended to our needs and assisted us when needed.

Couldn’t open window in our room for fresh air. Aware of safety issues but would be nice to have some fresh air.

the breakfast was just ok.. but i appreciate that it was provided. The room was very clean. and the bar at night with the food was excellent. will definitely return

they at a new staff member that was still learning and not enough staff to help train him.. so the poor manager was running around like a chicken with her head cut off.. and i felt really bad

The staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful and was surprisingly quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. Bed was extremely comfortable

The ONLY issue we had was the actual bathroom was extremely tiny and no exhaust fan. Water was running off everything by the time you were done. Also it needed a larger shower curtain. No matter what we did we ended up with water on the floor . . Alot of it.

Thx staff were extraordinary. Each staff member with whom I interacted was smiling, pleasant, professional and helpful. You must do an excellent job of screening candidates for positions.

The convertible sofa in the sitting area of my room was a bit worn and sagging. Not too comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable but were overall fine. I would definitely stay again. You can also hear pets if they bark in your room which I think is a combo of thin walls and no carpet. The breakfast buffet is just ok but I did enjoy the desserts they offer at the front desk.

We liked the spa. Great options for breakfast. Rooms were a great size for a big family. Staff extremely friendly.

Wish the girls shower had shampoo , conditioner and soap though to rinse off better in the spa. The breakfast didn't stay warm at all. Had to warm it up. Things were good a little to long as bacon just disintegrated, croissants were very hard, we stayed in a 2 double and pull out coach room the beds were super hard, and the couch cushions where so flat it hit the bars from the pull out bed. Maybe an update. No storage as it looks like it was removed from living room. We were in 513.

4 lights on one of the elevator are out. Floor in my room, even if it was vacuum and/or shampooed still looks dirty. I kept my socks or shoe on. No microwave in the room was a disappointment. The first morning, lady started breaking down breakfast at 9:30am, when it save breakfast serve to 10. Checking guy and gal were awesome. Checking out was efficient and this new guy was on it, multi tasking. I would use this location again.

The shower drain is very slow so all the dirt you just washed off the body, plus whatever is left in yje tumb is now settling between your toes. No microwave- got to add a microwave and more options at breakfast, especially for guests that rather not eating meat.
