The hotel was super clean, very nice room ---large ! There was a nice living room area with the room,....lots of different surfaces upon which we could lay our belongings without having to put them on the bed or floor. EVERY person on the staff downstairs, on different shift times, were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient right off the highway, but close to downtown Milford the back way too.

Breakfast could be better (specifically eggs). Each nightstand needs a type of lamp with additional electrical outlets and USB port(s) on the bottom of it, rather than just one of those lamps.

The breakfast was good, as many others have said in their reviews. The room was very comfortable and the location was super convenient! The aspect that stood out far beyond the other, however, is the staff. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, genuine, and I sincerely hope their pay reflects how amazing they are at addressing the needs and wants of each and every guest!

For the cost of the room, I would have liked for the kitchenette area to be equipped as a kitchenette. There's a mini fridge, sink, and some counter space, but no microwave, no silverware, and no dishware. The fridge also did not include a freezer

My only issue with the room was the cleanliness of the floor. I did have an issue with the Booking.com reservationist who assured me the ADA room had a roll in shower. It did not. This was important as I was recuperating from knee surgery. She also asked about special requests and I requested foam pillows. I don't know whether this was not communicated or if they weren't available but I had feather pillows

Upon Check-in Tiffani at the reception went so friendly and accommodating especially after having to checkout another hotel down the rowd to broken AC and The Direct TV wasnt working.. She made us feel welcome and showed empathy in our plight The Hot Breakfast Buffet was the best. Hot shower with good pressure. Bed was very comfortable..I will be back for sure..

Staff as very kind

It was smaller then the pics, even the rooms furniture settings were all over the place. Tv coudlve been in the living room wall isntead of the bedroom. The beds were not screwed to the bed head. The beds were moving. Mattress needs to be updated. Breakfast could have more variety. Breakfast seating could be more opened or spacious.

Staff was very pleasant and kind, always saying hello and wishing us well whenever they saw us in the lobby or hallway. The room was much bigger than I anticipated! And the hotel was very clean.

The location was good (we needed to run to Target which was only about 6 minutes away) but the hotel was situated near warehouses and empty lots.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nazeem checked us in and was very kind and accomodating. Throughout our stay she attended to our needs and assisted us when needed.

Couldn’t open window in our room for fresh air. Aware of safety issues but would be nice to have some fresh air.

the breakfast was just ok.. but i appreciate that it was provided. The room was very clean. and the bar at night with the food was excellent. will definitely return

they at a new staff member that was still learning and not enough staff to help train him.. so the poor manager was running around like a chicken with her head cut off.. and i felt really bad

Thx staff were extraordinary. Each staff member with whom I interacted was smiling, pleasant, professional and helpful. You must do an excellent job of screening candidates for positions.

The convertible sofa in the sitting area of my room was a bit worn and sagging. Not too comfortable.

The staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful and was surprisingly quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. Bed was extremely comfortable

The ONLY issue we had was the actual bathroom was extremely tiny and no exhaust fan. Water was running off everything by the time you were done. Also it needed a larger shower curtain. No matter what we did we ended up with water on the floor . . Alot of it.
