Easy to find, close to down town and “Sleeping Giant” (if you are a nature or outdoors person). Only 15 minutes from “Space Ballroom” (if you like live music). The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The carpet in the room looked clean, but I had to wear shoes because they were grimey. Online it said breakfast was included and it was not. They have an entire area and set up for breakfast, but did not offer. When asking if there was anything local for coffee, the attendant said no. So we drove around for 30 minutes trying to find something (when returning we noticed a coffee shop right next door that was never mentioned). We were locked out of the building for a period of time along with other guests, which I found strange. Also, it is cheaper to book through the hotel and not booking, which irritated me because I thought booking had the lowest prices.

For the price, the place is fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. The rate was much lower than nearby hotels. The room decor was updated and there were some dated looking areas such as hallways. There was just self-brew coffee in the room, no lobby coffee or breakfast service and the ice machine was out of order during our stay. Still, we forgive the minor inconveniences for the value price.

The hotel accommodated is very well, it was conveniently priced.next door to a convent store and pizza shop, bar and wine shop.All within a 8 minute walk.Huge room with two queen size beds

The door latch didn’t lock properly,the hallways had a light stench of staleness in the air.the room was heated but very dry, so much that I needed to drink a 1/2 gallon of water through the night $15.00 difference charged (the reservation price final price was $102 but I was charged 117.84

The owners are SO nice and very accommodating.

Location was perfect, with plenty to see, do and access to highway. Mountain View rooms a must!

Great location, run by a sweet indian family…felt safe. I dont know why this property is rated low…Inn is right next to heritage canal trail so perfect stop for a long bike trip…room was clean and had everything i had hoped for
