I usually get the cheapest room available. And it's always satisfactory. I decided this time to upgrade. The room was great. It was spacious, clean, and well designed and decorated.

While nothing is perfect, there is nothing to realistically complain about. The TV functions are not perfect. But I didn't go to CT to watch TV. So,... if the TV, which was still more than adequate is the only thing I can complain about... it was a GREAT stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice.

I personally would prefer to pay a bit more for a room and stay at a place with a free breakfast. The breakfast offerings were too few and the prices too high. You might consider at least offering free coffee rather than charging $5 for a cup. I ended up a few mornings going to Dunkin Donuts where the coffee was cheaper and better. Please take this however as must my own personal preference and not as a criticism.

I loved the cleanliness. When you walk in it smells great. I love that your staff is honest. My daughter forget her Nintendo switch I sure when I called they would say it would be gone but to my surprise it was there and they held on to it at the front desk until I was able to get it. I really appreciate that

Guy in or Near 304/306 constantly was doing marijuana our whole stay. The smell In hallway was horrible. After a few days spread to elevator. The smell Was aweful everyday

The entire building smelled great. The air freshener throughout the building was Awesome. It was very clean and comfortable. It had an Outback right across from the hotel in same parking area. It was an amazing experience.

The coffee maker and that it was no flavored creamer options and the hot chocolate choices had no original flavor.

Snow removal service could use some improvement. The paths out the doors to cars should be shoveled before a path to the pool. Also would have been nice to have the open spots plowed when they were empty all day instead of remaining covered.

Staff were helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Good gym. Clothes washing machine available.

A little isolated, but plenty of shops and restaurants available a short drive awway

Dimitri at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and very attentive to our family's needs.

The king room we stayed in could have been set up a little different as it did feel tight. While facing the window was nice, it was a little difficult watching TV as it was next to the bed rather directly across causing my neck to hurt.

I am so sad that I cannot recall the woman's name that took our order for breakfast; she was absolutely lovely! We had such a nice discussion while we waited for our breakfast to be made (I believe her son was the cook!) The food was very good. The hotel just completed the renovations that I read others discussing; almost everything appears to be done. The bar/dining area aesthetic is good, and everything there and in the room was very clean. The staff was polite and very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

There are still a few areas that they are working on updating as a part of the renovation; honestly, it is the carpeting in the elevator, and the wood furniture in the room appeared to be a bit worn, but was still sturdy (can't blame them for recycling if the items are still in good functional form) No other complaints at all.

Staff was very welcoming. Even the cleaning crew were nice and unobtrusive
