Good breakfast selection and large breakfast area. Employees all were very nice and courteous. Our room and all public areas were clean and we felt safe staying there. Quiet yet convenient location. Reliable wake-up calls. Room card access and credit card-operated laundry room (1 washer, 1 dryer and one cycle of each was adequate). Availability of 2 computers in lobby.

The hotel restaurant was not open (in late Oct 2023) and there was no nearby (walkable) restaurant. Surveillance of the large parking lot might be be better (a car was broken into overnight and the driver told us that the hotel security camera's view of his car was blocked by a tree).

breakfast was amazing. the breakfast staff are great and selection is better than any other hotel I've seen. clean rooms and common areas. pool is warm and clean. very comfortable stay

I didn't realize I booked a room with one king bed and we are a family of two adults and two kids. upon check in, no one questioned our room choice and sent us on our way. we called the front desk to ask for a cot when we realized sleeping would be difficult, and we’re told “yes we have them, but your room is too small for one. want an extra pillow and blanket?” my son ended up sleeping on the floor the first night and we sent him to stay with family the second night to spare him having to do that again. it would have been nice if at check in we were told our room selection wouldn’t be sufficient for our family size

When I got to my room I realized I made a mistake with my booking and booked a king instead of two queens even though there were 4 of us. I went downstairs and the manager Wigmarie was able to help and get us a larger room with a pull out couch. I so greatly appreciate her effort and kindness. Thank you!

The bed was well worn in with an obvious dip in the middle of the mattress which resulted in back ache. Staff were lovely. Breakfast "cheese omelette" contained Ham, this was not labelled and not obvious until you started eating it.

This hotel was exceptionally clean,and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Craft Kitchen, was amazing.

The water pressure and temperature from the shower was very lukewarm. Even after switching rooms, it didn't seem to help . Also, the breakfast was underwhelming, and I wish the pool was a bit larger .

I did not like the fact that I had to book my room through a 3rd party in order to get a better rate than I would have gotten had I booked directly.

Very large, nice and soft king bed and pillows! Fantastic hot breakfast i.e real scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels. Many cold options of cereal, yogurt, 8-10 healthy toppings i.e. nuts, seeds, chocolate, etc. Fruit, juices, variety of cofees, hot chocolate. Very clean and other of seating. Beautiful tile floors, quick and quiet elevator.

Pool was under construction, so unavailable.

Every thing was perfect, starting with the check in with Madeline, she is the best. The room was nice and clean and also warm. Breakfast was nice as usual. Easy check out.

Common areas were warm. Probably a temporary ac problem.

Unfortunately there was some vandalism to vehicles in the parking lot, first night there was a vehicle with a broken window, and the last morning there was a vehicle that all 4 wheels had been stolen
