Easy location to where I needed to be at. The Fridge was good and cold for the drinks, and the Microwave heated up food great. The day it snowed, the staff took care of the entries and walking areas that was cleared up quickly.

Room could have had dresser with drawers, and a big sitting chair and table.

Restaurant's in close proximity , and gas stations near by with a 1 minute or less drive to fill up , and grab snack's get green mountain coffee from shell gas station. This was a weekend stay , and the property was not loud or noisy. Management has a 24 hour Concierge whose job is maintenance as well as selling food and travel size items. There are cameras through out the property , and lighting in the parking lot.

No bicycle rack for cyclists to park a mountain bike. There is no pool , and there is no gym.

Good vibe walking in front lobby the clerk is cool and there was a clean room with a reasonably comfortable big bed the towels were clean and tv is simple to control the rooms are smoking or no smoking with desk and chair coffee table couch bureau end table mirrors big wall size window easy open parking lot with a restaurant right next door. The back side of the hotel days inn Berlin turnpike has a clean pool and a small gym with breakfast included. Good place I’d stay again and recommend this hotel.

The gym could be updated there should be a jacuzzi near the swimming pool.

Breakfast was bare bones continental style with apple and orange juice, milk, cereal, muffins and fresh fruit. No yogurt, eggs or sausage was offered

The entrance doors to the motel are very unfriendly and difficult to open for people with disabilities. There should be an automatic door activated by a push button. Access to the breakfast was only by using 4 steps. No ramp was provided.

I love this location it's close and easily accessible to great places when visiting Connecticut, the pool is always very clean and Crystal clear. Great Family friendly location, front desk is very welcoming with a smile no matter the time of day. Thank you for a peaceful stay.

The beds are a little hard and you can feel the springs .

I liked the location, the lobby space very clean and welcoming. I liked the common areas, this hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and sitting area, that even though were closed for the season looked very nice to spend summer weekends. I liked the gym, I did use it, felt great. very safe. I specially the most liked my BED was very comfortable and the attendant staff were very friendly and helpful. If I needed something or had a question, they are responsive and nice. I liked the shower, very nice clean shower surround, no tiles, everything clean no mold. Nice hot water. A great place to take a warm shower and a very good sleep after my work day.

I didn’t like that the telephone device that was inside the room didn’t work. I also felt the eating area could be remodeled a bit., I understand the hotel doesn’t serve warm / cooked breakfast, they do provide some grab and go breakfast bags and fresh coffee. Maybe some signs. There were tables and chairs to seat next to a beautiful big window, and there is microwave that works, I could warm up my food if I bring something. There was some coffee in the morning. People were a bit messy with the powdered creamer.

I came for the pool😂

Play ground for the kids upgrade looks like a playground I grew up on in the 80s😂😂

Very clean and the room are big love it

I guess Housekeeping never change the little soap and shampoo that was almost empty when I check the room. But it's ok I always carry mines but other than that everything was clean and comfy

The only staff we saw were at registration. They were not helpful.
