Breakfast good. I liked the staff who were super helpful and pleasant. I also enjoyed how large the room was and even though we didn't use the kitchen it was good to have. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Breakfastt included was a bonus.

Week day breakfast hours too short. Should be open until to 10:00 a.m. all week. One day we had breakfast, it was very busy and crowded, I surmised it was the short hours during the week. Strange way of servicing the rooms. We had to pick what days we wanted room serviced? I've never encountered that before. The "restaurant" more like a snack bar. Menu limited and not appealing.

The location of this hotel is great. It is right in the middle of downtown Norwalk, walking distance to a lot of goods restaurants and bars. It's also a short walk to the SoNo collection. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and the breakfast gets the job done.

I wish this hotel did dinner service. The bar is nice, but I'd like more options for eating dinner.

breakfast buffet was very good

although it wasn't necessary for me, housekeeping never happened although was said to be every other day. However, it was included in the daily price. Not sure if I would stay there again. And I'm a Marriott rewards member. If that matters

The king room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, the blackout curtains reached the floor and were perfect. The fitness facility was adequate.

The door to the adjoining room did little to keep out the noise of the people in that room.

Clean and super comfortable bed and pillows.

I got there at 9:30 pm. Settled in went up to the rooftop bar at 10 to have a night cap and they told me they just closed. :(

good setup for families, very clean, check in was very fast and the hotel could accommodate our early check in request which was very helpful

that we had to pay for parking and we were not explicitly told about it, that it was not possible to reach the hotel by phone directly before check in but had to wait on some central marriott line for a long time to reach anyone...

The property has a great location to the aquariums shops and resturants plus just areas to walk by the water

The hotel is an excellent location; walking distance to many restaurants and the aquarium is close by. We stayed in a suite, which was nicely sized and very clean. The staff were very kind.

Parking is not included and is $18 a night. But we always found a spot easily in the garage.
