Immediately upon check in you could smell the smoke in the hallway entering the room. It made my stay a little more questionable. The room was good, spacious but there was also a bug (a beetle) I found in the bathroom as we showered. We were very close to the side entrances and we were also on the first floor and there was a sliding door viewing the court yard. I'm sure those were factors as to why we had a Beatle and smoke smell in the hallway, I am just not used to that.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The gym is very nice. So is the entire staff. Super helpful team working here.

It felt like an upscale hotel and the price was reasonable. Every single staff member was really nice and always said hi when you passed through the halls. I have never experienced that at other hotels I have stayed at. I really want to point out the staff member named Vladimir. He made our experience the best we could have had and he truly cares about the guests at the hotel. He deserves a raise or promotion. He is customer service oriented and he is consistent with how he delivers it.

I think there should be more Starbucks drinks available

Great price. Room was clean and did not smell like cleaning solution. Bed and pillows were comfortable, no issues. Towels were clean but not too bleachy.

Only problem was bathroom fan did not work well so it stayed musty for awhile after shower. All else was great.

the front desk staff was exceptional all around. pleasant efficient quick helpful, wish all hotels had a front desk like this!
