Everything was great except for the person working the breakfast counter Sunday morning. If you don’t want to work with people don’t get a job in hospitality. He had a bad attitude and didn’t want to be there and was not very helpful I asked a question about the breakfast sandwich and his remark was did you read the menu and said no because nobody gave me a menu they were shoved in a gap next to the register and not out for people to see and another guest had an outburst minutes later and the manger came out and handled the situation and sent him in the back. Also you breakfast was not worth $80.00 I could have went out to a restaurant for less and had better quality food and service.

Good location, just off I95. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Great location for an overnight after seeing a concert at The Capitol Theater.

The room had been heavily treated with a room freshner or something. Very powerful and unpleasant smell. Also disappointed the EV chargers were not working.

The Courtyards of old could command those kind of prices because they had great amenities. Now, the room rate is bloated. $20 breakfast, $8 cuppa. I could understand if it was a JW but a Courtyard? And we were literally flooded in the next morning.

Extremely helpful front desk staff (Patti) who went above and beyond to assist with a glitch we had with the reservation.

usage of space. Need something with drawers for those staying more than one night. Also some shelves in the bathroom for daily items.

Convenient to my home friends in Rye and Scarsdale without having to go to White Plains.

I didn’t like that I didn’t get my Marriott Bonvoy points! My daughter didn’t like that there wasn’t a pool. Should def have an indoor pool. She even brought her bathing suit.

The room was very nice, recently renovated, tasteful, clean, and quiet. The staff at the reception were very courteous. And it was very convenient to the train station and highway.

The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation so the usual entrance was closed off, which was a little confusing for taxi drivers. It was also a little confusing getting around inside since some sections were closed off; the signage could've been clearer. But it should be very nice once the renovation is complete.

People working are nice. Good access to the parking lot because there are a few doors and can choose closest door. Could you use microwave. Overall enjoyed our stay at Marriott.

Bed sheets are not so clean. Main elevator was out of service so we choose sub elevator which was ok.

missing outdoor furniture . Every time I’ve been there they say it’s coming they’re redoing the patio etc. What I don’t understand is why don’t they put the old furniture out there until they redo the patio. It was a lovely day when I was there and I really wanted to sit out side in the sun on furniture on the patio.

Perfect location for our New Year’s event! The room we were in was very clean, we had comfortable beddings and also, spacious.
