I had booked through booking.com. Upon arrival, the person asked if I wanted a smoking room? Oh no, I didn't want that. The clerk was super kind and made the room change! Her name is Nilima, and she's the manager. We will return again when we explore the town's around the Hudson!

This is a no frills motel, which is exactly what we were looking for. We had our senior dog with us, and he had a great getaway, too. The room was spacious and clean.

I like the staff manager Amanda should really helpful with helping me in my situation with my television in the room she came up and didn't leave until it was fixed that showed really good professionalism The people were nice and a location was beautiful The only thing I did not like is that the room did not have a refrigerator that would be nice so I wouldn't have to go back and forth to get ice for cold drinks other than that it was very clean and accommodations were very good

Most of the staff is absolutely amazing! And just because of them, that's the reason I keep coming back to this specific motel. My room is always clean and I hardly ever have any complaints, and the one time I did they resolved the problem asap!

One staff member who usually works at night is cranky and doesn't want to be very unhelpful.

Compared to other Motel 6, that I have stayed in, this one was by far the nicest and cleanest. The young man was very friendly, and came up immediately, to fix a problem with the TV. Convenient to the highway.

The parking lot was laid out a bit weird. The stairs to the second floor were a little on the steep side.

The bed sheets and pillows were freshly washed. No bed bugs. Very clean.

Would like to have a cold water fountain to quench my thirst in the lobby of the office area. They do offer coffee, but that is not my drink of choice.

The personnel were fantastic.

Unfortunately, the electronic lock in my door misfunctioned. It took about a half-hour for someone to turn up and open my door. The timing was horrible, as I was on my way to a wedding.

I informed the staff that due to airplane delays that I would not arrive till the early hours of the next day about 1-2 am. The room was guaranteed paid or charged to my credit card. At 11:30 pm my phone got a message from the hotel informing me they were canceling my room. At the time I was still flying and did not land till midnight when I could turn my phone back on to receive this message.

The friendly and great service of the staff. They were great and went beyond to accommodate me for my stay. I would definitely come back to rest my head at this establishment. A1 service, such a great stay.

Room was clean and bathroom updated . Hot coffee and Tea available in lobby. Manager brought extra pillow when asked.

Booked smoking room but didn’t get it. requested ground floor but didn’t get it. Not enough pillows or towels for two travelers

Staff is very accommodating, room was clean and quiet. Location was excellent for me. Eldorado Diner is 100 yards away.
