I liked how clean everything was you don't have to worry about stains,smells, or bugs even the bathroom and showers were clean. Came with everything you could need if you forgot anything.

For people who aren't used to New York there are parties and loud music I didn't mind it but if you're a person who likes quiet time on the weekend this wouldn't be the best spot for you

Near two metro lines, it is very easy to get to Manhattan and other parts of New York by subway. There are some cheap meal options near. The room cleaning is on a request basis, so you better have WhatsApp installed on your phone to contact the admin of the place.

I didn't see any staff during my entire stay, for five days. One day there were some noisy guests, and all I could do was to complain to the staff on Whatsapp in the next day. The TV didn't have any working channel, so it couldn't use it.

The hotel was very good and clean, I was a little annoyed by the location because it was not correct and I had to spend 30 minutes in high temperature to find the location because it was wrong on Booking, the hotel does not have an office or staff but only online entry to the hotel is done, I waited 30 minutes outside because the hotel did not accept me entering the hotel before 15:00 and this seemed very negative to me to stand with suitcases in the middle of the street, the water in the shower was scarce, the environment in the hotel was clean, so for these reasons I give it 8 points out of 10 possible!!!

Technologically advanced in some areas of the stay.

I felt bad bit lonely. There weren't any neighbors to exchange personal ideas thoughts and to spend time while temporarily residing with you.

The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled refreshed. The tv had Netflix already on it. There was a cute little LED lights located behind the bed.

The star whoever answered the phone had a bad attitude. I received an email that said if you need any help please contact this number. Which what I did. I could not find the location at first. So I called the number. A male answered the phone and sounded very unprofessional with his response after I asked nicely can you give me the address to the location. My email is not working at the time. He was so rude and inconsiderate that I wanted to just cancel the room and go somewhere else. However I decided to stay because it was not his establishment, he’s just a helper. So I continued my stay . Glad I did . Secondly I didn’t realize it was a shared bathroom and shower sort of place. But thank God the bathroom and shower was very clean, and very well put together!

The room was nice.

This stay is simple but comfortable, with adequate room for a good night's sleep. Check-in information is sent before arrival, so pay attention to the details. The location is excellent, about 300 meters from the subway, and I felt safe walking around the area during my entire stay.

Guests may arrive at any time during the night with heavy luggage, causing noise and possible scares while you're trying to sleep. This is not the owner's fault, but it's good to be prepared.

The decor, moderately quiet, cleanliness, room rate, rapid refund of my security deposit, iron, blow dryer, ample electric sockets, working a/c, comfortable bed, clean peaceful neighborhood. The other guests were accommodating.

No ironing board, skimpy hangers that bend so easily, no shelving or bench in the shower room to place things on, the water temperature in the shower took a long time to get hot, could hear the TV in the room next door..

Quietness, cleanliness, nice decor, comfort bed and bedding, great working a/c, helpful staff, refunded my security deposit, walking distance near stores, nice building, ample electrical sockets, clean shower rooms, and bathrooms, no smoking policy.

No ironing board, it was very hard to iron my clothes, skimpy hangers... no hooks to hang clothes, no shelves or small bench to put things on in the shower room, the water took a while to get hot.

It was clean and quiet. Nice minimalistic look, it served its purpose of staying for 1 night.

It wasn't clear that the check in was all online without front desk. Also that a deposit needed to be paid before access to the property and last, the heater wasn't turned on. The deposit took a week to go back to my account.
