The hotel was nice. I like the shower in the bathroom. I also like the mirror, and I like that the room glows in the dark. I would come back again

The noise of the loud music someone was playing mostly all night hear people going in and out slamming doors people talking to loud outside of my room people

I was in a high traffic area and there wasn’t a small light in the unit, it was bright or dark as night. Also no chain on door

Good price for a full night ! Friendly staff and a parking lot which is the best because you don't have to look for street parking.

The sheets were a little dirty and the towels had little black lint balls ...no toiletries in the bathroom and I had less that half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra roll. Plus I found two small joints one on the floor and the other on the desk so I can only presume that the maids don't clean as well as they should!

Hotel Opus is in a great location, conveniently right off the Whitestone Bridge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. The woman working at the front desk was especially kind and communicative, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely consider staying again.

The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was amazing.

Did not like wen we needed towels and asked for them we did not get that same day. And then had to ask for them again the next day and had to wait. Also asked for toilet paper and had to wait almost an hour.

I was pleasantly surprised!! The pictures you see are the exact replica of the rooms! The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly.

I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. It would be a plus is there was a washer and dryer but there is a very nice laundromat very close.
