Comfortable room, clean and in a quiet location convenient to car park on ground floor as requested.

Insufficient milk to make tea etc 2 cartons definitely not enough and reception did not have any more, but they did give us a jug of milk to use. Very few tea or coffee pods. On Tuesday we received an email saying come and enjoy our buffet. On arrival at the hotel we were told that there was no buffet, and in fact we were not advised at that point to book a table, so later we had to wait for some time to be able to be seated. In our opinion, on arrival at the hotel guests should be advised what restaurant facilities are available and whether they need to book a table for that evening.

Easy parking. Nicely landscaped. Pleasant walk into the beautiful town of Deauville. Pleasant, hard working, helpful staff.

The electric kettle was dangerously close to the bed. I could not move it away as the cable to its base was attached through the desk. My son got burnt from a similarly positioned kettle in a similar hotel long ago. The bathroom was very well fitted out but the sensor in the sink tap was erratic so it was difficult to get water.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is near the Hippodrome and is very easy to go, even on foot, at the races. The parking is big and free. The heating was very good, also the hot water. Newly renovated (we have had room nb. 1), in cheerful colours. Clean and comfy. Close to the city centre (by car). A very good choice for a couple of nights. We will be back!

Excellent location, really nice setting by a river, children’s playground within 2 mins walk. A fab little restaurant over the road. Great location

We stayed for two nights and asked for more milk sachets to make a coffee but was told there wasn’t any. We only got enough for one cup.

A large spacious room with comfortable beds, very well laundered sheets and clean mattresses. No problem with hot water, tea and coffee facilities with a good selection of tea bags.

A microwave at the reception for communal usage.

As with all Campanile Hotels the rooms were comfortable and easily accessed. We ate in the Restaurant and the food as usual was excellent. It is well placed and is only a short drive into Deauville which is always a treat. Parking is easy and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

At this hotel there was a buffet and biscuits were provided with beverages in the room

In adequate towels for showering - need 2 x large ones not just 1 and a hand towel please Thermostat in room did not work so room was a bit chilly

larger room booked , but real difficulty with the stairs to the room. Cannot imagine how difficult it would have been with young children and pushchairs etc.

We were travelling on s Sunday so needed accommodation with a restaurant on site. It was perfect for an overnight stay. If staying longer it was only a 10 min drive to beach and town centre.

Nothing to dislike

The location was outside of town and quiet in a lovely setting.

The breakfast was very simple, more choice would have been nice.
