Great location , along the harbour / sea front where there is open space and areas of public parking. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the place is clean and well presented.

Advertises parking , which I requested. On arrival I was advised it was full . The reality was , the ground level garage was under utilised (empty) and they were happy for guests to park nearby . This is fine if you can find a spot and lucky for me after looping round and waiting I got a single angled slot, won’t affect most folks but I’m not comfortable leaving my pride and joy at the mercy of French parking.

thé location was superb looking at the beach - Elevator is always a plus -

breakfast was nothing attractive- did not eat the old fruit salad - or cold bacon or unpleasant sausages- not too mention the scrambled eggs - ended up just having a cup of coffee with a pinky milk that must have taken the color from the pot maybe containing prior chocolate??? Did not want to have breakfast the next morning but could not cancel because it was a package - my suggestion - skip the breakfast there and go out for a nice fresh croissant outside.

In terms of value for money I think you would struggle to find a better hotel. With the location and facilities on offer here it's a cracker. The rooms are well appointed, the location is perfect and the facilities throughout are excellent. We paid for a harbour view room but it was still unbelievably good value for money. We will certainly stay here again when next in Trouville.

We loved our ocean facing room. Our second room was okay but across the building and down the hall. I was hoping to be closer to our second room (our kids are 8 and 13). We had to get 2 rooms because they didn’t have quads available. For Europe, the rooms were a good size. We were on the 6th floor and had a balcony off each room (please note they are lovely, but you can’t fit a chair on them like many balconies in Europe). Coffee was good and location is awesome. On the beach (you have to cross one road and you’re on the boardwalk). Every restaurant and cafe is walking s Distance and the Bac is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable. The older, stylish lady was lovely at every interaction at reception. She was very happy and helpful.

The distance between our 2 rooms. They don’t provide cream in the room for coffee. They don’t have decaf coffee for the rooms. The other reception lady was a bit rude and impatient, particularly to my husband (more so than to me). They gave us a parking spot that didn’t fit our car but the they seemed angry with us despite it not being our error and refused to change it.

Great location near the casino, restaurants, shops and facing the beach. Very nice comfortable and cosy rooms. Nice beds. Good bathroom with nice mirror for the girls to do their make up. Great lighting. Breakfast was very good. Very sufficient.

No air condition in the room but we had a fan. It was a life saver.

The property is located right at the mouth of the beach.There’s access and it’s not far from the railway station

The outside environment is quite dirty with droppings of dogs (poop). Before I could even check in, I was greeted by the angry scene near the flowers

In hot days air condition would be nice to have. Rooms and bathroom require some renovation but in general acceptable.Finding parking place is challenging in high season and costs Euro 30 per day.

We would like to express our great satisfaction with our stay at this hotel. Many thanks for the warm welcome, efficient and attentive staff, especially Lola with her big smile. The hotel is very well located, has very nice spacious rooms, the pool is simply top notch and we really had an excellent night.

We were made so welcome, a complimentary glass of wine each for my Birthday went down well, An excellent choice of variety for Breakfast, Beds large and extremely comfortable, everywhere was really clean

Overall very nice hotel, super friendly staff, super good breakfast, felt like home. Just a bit overpriced, the rooms are not so new, especially bathrooms and toilets.
