- We weren't ready for a room on the third floor without elevator. - May be specific to the third floor, facing the patio, but some nights there was too much noise from the birds handing out on the roofs across. - Be aware that there's no water boiler or coffee machine in the room. Apart from these minor points, everything was perfect.

A Perfect Urban Oasis by the Sea – Five Stars All the Way We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hidden gem of a hotel. Perfectly located just steps away from the beach and nestled among some of the city’s best wine bars and restaurants, it offered the best of both worlds: vibrant surroundings and total tranquility. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel sits on a quiet, peaceful street — an unexpected and welcome surprise. The family apartment was nothing short of perfect. Luxuriously appointed and thoughtfully designed, it came with all the modern comforts we could ask for, including smart TVs that quickly became a hit with the kids after a day of exploring. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the team. The hotel owners and staff were incredibly welcoming, genuinely friendly, and fluent in English, which made everything feel effortless and relaxed from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to our favourite nearby restaurant, The Four Cats 🐈 — a must-visit for dinner — and don’t miss the local fish market for some of the freshest oysters 🦪 you’ll ever taste. We had a lovely stay in Trouville and really appreciated the charm of this place. The room was tastefully decorated, cosy, and remarkably quiet – perfect for a relaxing break. The location couldn’t have been better: right in the city centre, just a short walk to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.

The stairs were quite narrow and steep, and with no lift in the secondary building, it was a bit of a hassle carrying our luggage up. Also, the room was on the smaller side – fine for a couple of nights, but might feel a bit cramped for a longer stay.

The hotel is ideally located on the main street. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable. The room is quiet, although we lived (in the main building) with windows facing the street. The hotel is beautiful and smells good.

Although we had a "comfort" room, it is really small, I suggest you note that the beds in the smaller rooms are narrow. Breakfast was enough as in a 3-star hotel, only the same food all days - scrambled eggs, bacon, juice, coffee, tea, yogurts and pastries.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Not far from the beach and other often visited locations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-kept and clean.

The only drawback is that the room we stayed in was really small, so I would recommend this hotel for short-term stays when you do not have a lot of baggage with you. Also we were taken aback a bit by the glass door in the bathroom, since I was travelling with a friend. But I guess that’s a nice touch for those travelling with their loved ones 😅

Excellent hotel near the Casino building. Nearby there is a great cafe, a large parking lot and a shop where you can buy groceries and food for animals. Famous restaurants Le vapeur and Central are within walking distance. The rooms in the hotel are modern, renovated with a comfortable shower. The bed linen is very high quality. Friendly hostess .

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. There is no refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location in quiet street off the centre and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Period building, good sized room with comfy bed and decent shower. Large breakfast buffet with local items. Staff friendly and helpful. Underground parking can be reserved in advance at 20 euros a night, although public parking available free at night-time. Highly recommended.

The location is very close to the beach and shops. Monoprix is one block away for drinks and snacks. Great bakery nearby, too.

We stayed at the hotel before, and it has been entirely renovated and in excellent condition. The location of the hotel is ideal being in the city centre and we can walk everywhere.

Friendly staff. Storage of our bicycles possible outside. The room was really comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel is good placed - the beach is just a short walk away and on the other side there a nice little streets with shops and bars. We would come again!
