Service, service and service. They have at reception wonderful Agnieszka. She was so helpful and so kind. We had different questions about the places to visit in Trouville- she explained everything and showed on the map. She helped us with our baggage. She recommended the best place on a beach. Trouville is charming as Agnieszka is. ♥️ Location is perfect. The head of shower was not good but for one night staying not important

We had a great stay. The room was clean. Very spacious. And the breakfast 😋 was so good. A lot to choose from the staff were very friendly and spoke very well english. We would always choose this hotel whenever we are at the north

The staff was very nice. The hotel was well located. Breakfast was nice. All areas of the hotel were nice and clean. We used the fitness room which had some nice equipment as well.

The room was nice, but it was so warm. We had to keep the window open all night to make it bearable to sleep. The shower was not great either - spraying everywhere.

I had a wonderful stay with my son and dog .The position of hotel is perfect. All personal were very kind ,professional and helpful. The breakfast was great. I forgot my ring in bathroom and after leaving my luggage at reception and picking it up after long walk- they just gave it to my son . I am really impressed and very grateful because I even didn’t observed that it was missing. Thank you so much for the beautiful time and definitely we will come back !

Great hotel, right in the center of Trouville, in front of the Casino. It was quite in October, we did not hear any street noises. Large room - actually it’s 2 rooms together with a small private corridor. Very convenient for a family with kids. Nice breakfast with a good choice of meals

Fabulous hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel - bed was so comfy 😌 Was very impressed with available Brita water machines that give out cold and sparkling water in the halls. Also was extremely happy with the toiletries available - luxury with Nuxe!
