The pool and spa area; the seafront location; friendly cleaners and spotless cleaning; dogfriendly, proximity to good restaurants

Dinner was disappointing. Numerous misunderstandings (despite us speaking French) led to an hour’s wait for starter whereas wine was served immediately so it was warm when starter arrived. Chewy ravioli with what I suspect was tinned crab, and oversalted sauce. But excellent mocktail and tasty asparagus.

Everything! the aesthetics and design, the supportive staff, the comfort of the room, the restaurant, the views, how we were welcomed, the location. Special thank to Capucine who made us feel very welcomed and was so kind to us. The security at the spa area is great. There is always someone looking if everything ok. And there is a camera, anti-slip protection. Everything is cleaned regularly.

Maybe the hammam and the sauna could be improved. The first time we came there the sauna was not hot. Next time it was fixed. The hammam is not particularly cozy and quite small but it does the job. Nothing fancy about it :) I think the area with hammam and sauna could have been done a lot better because it is small and looks more like open public shower area, like at ordinary swimming pools… although it is clean and there are great towels provided. The swimming pool is nice, with comfortable temperatures, marine water, and lots hydro massage options. But there are no windows and it might feel closed.

it was an amazing stay. we loved everything : hotel, his decorations, his location, the room ( the view was amazing - we were on the 5th floor and we could see all the port); the swimming pool and spa area ( the sensorial showers - were the killer); and the breakfast was delicious.

there is nothing I can think of, it was perfect.

Very nice hotel, great location. The staff were amazing. Asked for special decoration for a birthday and everything was perfect and they were super helpful. Great service everywhere. Very good breakfast.

The pool part is only one pool that can get crowded a little bit. The room is a little small

The hotel was good overall with friendly service and a convenient location. However, the room was a bit small and could use some renovations to feel more up to date. Aside from that, everything else was fine and made for a pleasant stay.

Excellent gorgeous hotel in the best location in town, very attentive staff, amazing breakfast.

Old style shower/bath combination is not as comfortable as modern walk-in showers at other hotels

Location could not be better. Staff was warm and caring and helpful. Breakfast was great. Building was lovely and in excellent condition. Pool.and therapy facilities were wonderful.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. It was so hot that the air conditioning was a joy. Position was fantastic for the beach and for walking into town and to Deauville.

The restaurant dinner wasn’t to our taste but the breakfast was lovely. We found the spa a little unwelcoming and the treatment I had was less than average.
