Great beach and town location. The hotel is a stunning building and feels like you are staying in a part of history. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

There were a number of issues with service. They got our bill wrong at the end asking for 50% of the payment again although we’d already paid. The room service was inconsistent and sometimes they didn’t complete the room at all.

The property is very well located . The bed is very cosy The staff is very friendly from the spa to reception and the conciergerie they are fantastic Room service is very nice

We had room 103 which was very noisy because of the piano and that woke our son up BUT the staff was so friendly about it , apologetic very kind and very empathetic so literally cannot fault this place

It was a beautiful weeks stay I think 4 days would have been enough though.

The SPA was good and the bar was great, Very expensive €10 for a bottle of water and same for coffee.

The reception and concierge staff were amazing.

Our dining experience was not great. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when there was a problem with our meal but the general hotel staff stepped in and made everything better again!

Great location, superb comfort in deluxe room. Lovely bathroom, impressive hotel lobby, bar and restaurant. The best beach is just at the western end of Deauville - a beautiful 6km long empty stretch of sand too.

Pool area a little tired. Staff great , but didn’t mention the free street parking a block away. Parking charges near the hotel only apply 9am to 7pm.

The wonderful ambience of the hotel, the delicious food in the restaurant (especially the breakfast!), the superb service and friendliness of the staff, the great location (close to the beach and to the town).

Only that it could be easier to book the kids club.

you made a mistake with our room reservation but you sorted it out by giving us a junior suite which was very nice along with a bottle of champagne. your staff were very nice and helpful and a big thank you to Fred in the bar for looking after us so well, and of course the manager on duty when we checked in last Thursday afternoon.

The breakfast was fantastic. The kid's club was very convenient and run by really nice people. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location.

Minor things, but the lip up to the bathroom and toilet room in the family suite was slightly dangerous and caused us all to trip up. And the separate toilet room really needs a sink!

Really was amazing staff and the location perfect every thing close by also the beach wonderful the most things I loved is shopping 😀 and very kind staff all of them helpfully and smiling 😊

Room and view was awsome. Very friendly and professional staff. Amazing breakfast.

It's the second time I've faced an issue with the heated towel rail in Barrière Group hotels. I can’t say that I’m very disappointed, but it made my stay slightly less comfortable. Everything else was just great!
