Very nice swimming pool, spacious rooms. There was a laundry room downstairs where for 5 euro you can load the washing machine and for €3 a dryer.

Seems a bit miserly when a hotel won't provide the residents with enough toilet paper. Had to buy our own. There's no cleaning service during your stay. The staff isn't very helpful, I accidentally left my card to open the pool door in the locker inside and after visiting the spa couldn't get in. There was a lady in the pool reception area and I asked if she could open the door for me, she said "I don't have a card" and carried on working on the computer while I sat on a chair in my robe waiting for someone to come in or out of the pool so I could get in.

Apartment was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped. Considering how hot the weather was the apartment was cool. Location of property was very good for both Deauville and Trouville.

We had a patio but it was very dark and although there was a garden attached which did see some sun we could not access it from apartment. Very annoying especially as the beds round the pool were always full. I thought the days of guests leaving their towels out all day had gone but not here. Also having thought we’d gone there before schools had finished there was a large amount of children there.

We had an apartment for two in the customs house block. It was very well equipped with a bathroom with shower and wash basin, plenty of towels. A separate toilet. Bedroom come kitchen has a very nice balcony overlooking the children’s play area. The quality of the apartment was very high and in a very good condition. Kitchen came complete with kettle, toaster, pod coffee making machine, filter coffee making machine, plenty of pots pans knives, forks, right the way down to an oyster shucker. Very comfortable double bed with bedside lights plenty of plug sockets in the broom had air-conditioning which was ultra quiet, so quiet we didn’t think it was working but it was the room also has a safe Multipurpose microwave and oven large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Kitchen also came with small amount of washing up liquid, tea towels, scourer, dishwasher tablets even capsules for the coffee maker for the first morning. Bin liners, dressing gowns, beach towels, toilet rolls, floor brushes, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. They had thought of almost everything in this apartment that you could possibly want. Car park was an extra €11 per night and it is situated in an underground car park which has a number of exits to take you to the nearest Apartment block. The complex has a breakfast area. Breakfast is a little expensive at €22 per head, so we didn’t use utilise that. There is a very nice swimming pool which is both indoors and outdoors with plenty of sunbeds and parasols sun umbrellas. We enjoyed using the swimming pool very much. It was quite warm according to my watch it was 32° in the water. The location is almost perfect. You are almost equidistant between Deauville and Trouville both have a good range of restaurants shops and every everything you need. Very close there are a number of good quality restaurants within easy walking distance or a little further into Trouville and Deauville centres.

Almost nothing, but if I have to be picky then an on site bar might be nice. Having the apartments serviced daily perhaps.

Apartment very spacious and clean, inside/outside pool great regardless of weather, location great. I liked the complimentary robes and towels. Very well kitted out apartment and great for families.

The balcony could have been more usable and a nicer space. The gym equipment could do with a bit of love.. A onsite bar/food would have been great but there was plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from so not crucial by any means.

The location is perfect. The accommodation is spacious and clean, it had robes and slippers inside. However, we were all adults staying and have been missing some coffee capsules or robes for all of us, but surely you can ask this all at the reception and they kindly provide you with what you need.

Paying for parking or breakfast seem to be very expensive, however, it is your choice to book it or not, the availability is there. And anyway there are boulangeries opened close by from early morning where you can easy get very nice breakfast and coffee.

apartment was nice, spacious and clean. amazing location, you can walk anywhere in Deauville from here. comfy bed and I had an amazing terrace. Pool is big and clean. hotel good for families if you need a bigger space/apartment.

staff was ok but could be friendlier. the changing area/showers by the pool seemed bit dated and tired - no separate men's and women's. Gym not exactly usable.

Good sized modern apartment with impressive views over the marina. Comfortable.

Property requires better maintenance. For example, the balcony privacy screen was not properly secured and the balcony floor tiles were covered in green mould. Very surprising for a ‘premium’ holiday rental, the apartment, to accommodate six people, had five clothes hangers. On requesting more, I was informed there were not any! Lived out of a suitcase for a few days! Also, the iron did not work.

The view! Location was ideal. Good size of apartment. The pool and spa facilities. The lobby and reception area. The gardens. Friendly staff.

No bar or restaurant. Board fixed to balcony restricting the view. Outdoor chairs on balcony covered in seagull poo. No welcome cleaning pack provided as detailed so had to purchase own materials. A proper oven would have been preferred to the microwave grill as it was tricky to use.

The accommodation was such good value for money, a small apartment which comfortably met our needs. The pool was great, clean and easily accessible. The local area is lovely, beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Really enjoyed our short break and would recommend the property and local area. It was a little chilly and rainy when we went but it would be glorious in summer.

The swimming pool opens very late at 9am, and closes early at 8pm. After a day of visiting D-Day museums it would have been nice to come back for a swim or at least had an early swim before heading off for the day. The fitness suite was very small with very little equipment, again only opened at 9am instead of earlier. The sauna, salt room were lovely but didn't realise until the 2nd last day of our holiday that no booking/ fee was necessary to use them & were located beyond the reception desk of the spa so difficult to find. The breakfast at €21 pp was expensive.
