The staff was very good from the welcome to our final goodbye. Everyone was extremely helpful, rooms and all aspects were very clean, and any request was always taken care of. Our stay with Simonton Cottages was way above anything that we were expecting. We were welcomed by Johnathan and Violet, they are married, they are the nicest couple, always trying their best to make sure you have the best stay possible. Then there's Eric, he's the food and beverage tour leader and it was the best food tour ever. All stops were excellent and more food than we could eat, got it to go. Then there was the coconut and shell painting, with cocktails, Eric did a great job of entertain us, coaching the painting and pouring drinks. Wonderful bonus to our Key West stay at Simonton Court.

Really wasn't anything that I can come up with to suggest improvement.

The Simonton Court Inn and Cottages were a true Hidden Gem located in a perfect location - close to all the action, yet secluded enough to feel like you're on your own private island. What I liked best about this place were the multiple secluded pools and gardens. It felt like paradise! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitively stay here again!

I didn't like when our vacation ended and we had to go back to reality. We would have much preferred to stay at the Simonton Court Inn in beautiful Key West!

The walkway just past the front gate is magical. Full of lush trees, plants, and orchids. At night it is lit with beautiful lighting. The heated black bottom pool was our favorite and seemed secluded as there are not a ton of guests and there are 4 pools to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of complimentary breakfast options, you put in an order, and they deliver it to your outdoor table by the pool or on the mansion porch. This was really the getaway my husband and I needed to decompress, recharge, and soak up the tropics.

Everything about the property is nice, the vegetation is so beautiful you feel like in a little jungle I love that. Every single staff member is soooo nice and helpful always in a good mood. We stayed here in July 2024 and then loved it so much we came back in September 2024.. so close to Duval st you can walk anywhere but also just far enough you don’t hear any loud music. Siminton beach is also just a walk away but We usually rent the onsite bikes and can literally bike anywhere on the island. It is a quaint and quiet place they have four pools and it’s never crowded. Rooms are so beautiful and spacious beds comfortable.

There’s nothing at all that we did not like.

The staff were all outstanding - very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The convenient location and ability to walk throughout the downtown area was a major positive. The breakfast service was great. The property has a lot of character and the grounds are very appealing.

Access for check in/unloading and checkout/ loading is rather awkward. We were relieved to be able to reserve on-site parking, although the space was cramped even for our small car.

Room was very nice - property was very pretty, nice outdoor space, multiple pools, parking was extra but reserved off- street just around the corner, location is very close to the key west theater which is why we came there, very close to Duval street, the main tourist street, staff was excellent from pre-check in all the way to check out, we had a very early check out which we informed the desk of and they had an order sheet for us to have a to-go breakfast ready for us. Lovely property all the way around.

The Inn was quaint and welcoming. When you walk through the gate, it is lush and tropical. A small path made of pavers leads you back to all the cottages and pools. Great ambiance! The property also had bikes on site for rent. This was a huge bonus!

There are several small pools, all guests have access to all pools, which is nice. Because the property is very lush, access to sun at most pools was very limited. If you are someone who wants several hours in the sun, this is not the property for you.

Location, staff, ambiance and the overall feel were beyond expectations. I knew about a Queen room accommodation and the size being somewhat smaller but that was not an issue and the tradeoff for the morning breakfast, the relaxing pool area and the nightly walk back to our room through the treeline brick walkway was worth it! Very historic and nostalgic feel!

I cannot think of anything that I did not like, we knew ahead of time that parking would be limited at the location but I was directed to an off site Cash parking lot that was a short walk away. The location was close enough to everything that we could walk and not be put out.

Great room(s). Everything clean and spacious. Interior design was very tasteful. Also, great service. Although cottage was towards the street, we didn’t hear any road noice. The pools were amazing, definitely go for some night swimming, they are open 24/7. Breakfast was outstanding (for US standards), plenty of options and all freshly made. Parking is very limited, however, there is secure and affordable parking nearby (about 10min by foot). 10/10 stay, would absolutely recommend.

Not a single thing.

Very relaxed. The hosts were great! They have bicycles on premise to use. The five pools are great for more privacy. Our room used to be a cigar rolling room...high ceilings, great front porch. Nice breakfasts served to your table from a menu of available items. Fun projects during happy hour!

The night rain hit a metal box outside our room and was very loud! While we liked our street front rooms for rocking and watching passers-by, I think on a future trip, I'd like to be farther back in the property . The bathroom was complete and clean, but tiny.
