Great location, clean room and nice statt

I booked the hotel through www.booking.com and one price, (I have the records to PROVE this), and La Concho overcharged m from the agreed price by almost $1,900. Being a senior citizen this is definitely elder abuse. I've been trying to get this straightened out now for over 6 weeks! And no help from La Concha or the management at La Concha yet. Fact is they said it was the correct price, and again I sent La Concha PROOF of the agreed price for the hotel.

Great location, historic hotel

Hotel going thru a remodel so not pool, workout or main restaurant. Rooms weren’t getting very cool.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very good. Excellent location in Key West.

We had a rolling barn door for the bathroom door which was not working properly. It was off the bottom rollers.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring key west. We stayed in 2023 when the hotel was ongoing refurbishment and it has been complete to a great standard. The parking at the hotel is also very convenient

Nothing really. The lifts haven’t been modernised which would be an improvement but they were all in full working order and that is the main thing

Really enjoyed the pool and close location to downtown (right on Duval Street). There are some AWESOME restaurants, shops, bars, and music within walking distance. People at the Hotel were very accommodating and easy to interact with.

I thought everything was covered in our payment online to Booking.com prior to arriving but got hit with a $40 a day accommodation charge which including parking although we did not have a car.

The food was not that good though we were pleased to know the hotel is currently undergoing major renovations that we were told would be completed in April Staff was GREAT!!!

The food was not that good. I also would have liked to have had the pool staff start earlier on nice days and the hotel bar to stay open later.

The location for this hotel is worth it. Only 1 block from Margaritaville Cafe and gift shop. It is right in the heart of Duval street with plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The sight seeing trolley stops right in front of the hotel is a surprising plus.

It is a bit pricey, but worth it for the location for us.

The hotel is really nice, the staff was great and the location was even better than I expected. The check-in process was easy and fast, which was nice. Parking was easily accessible and too far a walk.

The rooms are old as can be! Super old furnisher in the rooms. I also had to walk quite a bit to get to my room, including a small set of stairs which was not fun with luggage. I didn't like not have ice machines near the room nor an ice bucket. I had to go to the lobby to get ice in a bag, which started melting shortly after I returned to the room.

Location was central to all the restaurants and historical locations we wanted to visit. The hotel history in itself was remarkable. Monroe at the front desk was awesome, always smiling and always helpful.

Hotel was undergoing renovation so at times loud construction noises were heard Breakfast buffet was good but pricey. With construction the wine bar, and restaurant that were advertised as available were not open.

You absolutely cannot beat the location and the history of this property. We found staff helpful and accommodating. We visit Key West annually and always stay at another resort, but I really wanted to be on Duval St this time. Concierge was friendly and helpful. Overnight staff was amazing when our door was mysteriously locked from the inside (we're blaming a ghost lol) We left our room around 10am and didn't return until around 11:30 that night - got our key card out and opened the door to find the hotel door latch closed only allowing us to open the door approx. 2-3 inches. It's still a mystery how this happened as no one else was in our room except housekeeping! Long story short, the overnight agent and security guard ended up ripping the lock off the door so we could gain access after a long, hot day. They also refunded our resort fee for the trouble. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pricey but to be expected for Key West. Also, got locked out of our room for approx. 1 hour after long day of exploring but staff were friendly and helpful.
