Cozy little oasis with a private porch off our room. The pool was warm but relaxing, location was perfect and the staff!!! Wow-I didn’t catch her name but the weekday staff person, she was EXCEPTIONAL. So welcoming, helpful with questions and attentive. She read my booking notes and request and responded in the app. Easily the best customer service we had throughout the week. The rooms aren’t large but they met our needs. I appreciated how spacious the bathroom was.

Be prepared to search for parking if you have a car of gold cart-the location has fewer street parking options. The property is great about making this clear when you book!

Best location, in the heart of downtown, just between Hemingway's house and US1 mile marker 0. Beach within walking distance. Charming place with a swimming pool. Appreciated having good coffee (Keurig), a fridge and a microwave. Alex (check-in) was super nice and informative.

We were hoping for a good breakfast in this charming inn. There is a specific menu with changing dishes every day (a good idea at first). Our morning indicated pancakes - I asked if I could have an egg instead, anything no carb, the cook waved at the other choice: granola, yogurt, fruit. I asked for yogurt and fruit only. He gave me a mix with granola (that's carb!)... Worse, the yogurt was zero fat but sweet (too many additives, bad for your health). No honey available. The next day when I asked for bacon/sausage like the day before with my partner's pancake (indicated on "today" available together with the dish of the day, dry "frittata"), the grumpy cook said "not today".

Our room smelled like it had just been painted the day before. Very "fume-y" but was certainly clean. I noticed was when we went for breakfast and the cook came outside with his "gloves" on - rubbed his nose, refilled the coffee pot - then proceeded to go back in and cook with the same gloves. It was a bit off-putting, but he certainly could have changed his gloves during that timeframe. Pool had a lot of bugs and leaves floating in it, and I the skimmer was laying in the mud near the fence, so It didn't seem to be something that was addressed. We decided to just dip our toes, since it was kinda full of "stuff"

We loved everything about it! Yes there was construction going on but it was fine. We literally were right there next to it and it didn’t bother us at all, we were able to enjoy the pool even with the construction. The street being repaired was fine. We had a parking lot right across the street. Alexis let us pull into the driveway of the inn to unload and then load our belongings. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice sitting by the pool to eat under the palm trees. It is super close to everything walking distance. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and roomy. It was a perfect stay for my husband and I. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to everyone. People complain about the smallest things lol so if you’re like me and understand stuff happens (meaning construction) it’s amazing. Paper plates for breakfast?! Unheard of, I’m kidding, it’s perfect, are you eating the plate? Best place to stay in key west hands down

The thoughtfulness of smaller type items that are not common. For example, sunblock and swimming goggles and accessories at the pool. A water dispenser and ice machine at the pool area with cups, for to go water. It was very hot and that came in very handy with our yetis when walking around for the day. Breakfast was great and much appreciated. Options were good and there were alternative options to the cook to order hot breakfast, such as yogurts granola and fruit or oatmeals. The frittata was great. Walking distance to all hot spots. Very close to all the popular bars. AC was ice cold in room and it was 98 outside record high temps.

My wife and I loved the location because we were able to walk everywhere. Everyone we came in contact with at Coco Plum Inn was fantastic, from the gentleman who checked us in to the gentleman who prepared our breakfast each morning to the young lady who brought us clean towels each day. The breakfast each morning was very good and the pool was the perfect temperature and we enjoyed it every day we were there. It was so nice after spending the day walking in the heat and humidity to get in the pool when we returned each afternoon.

There really was nothing that we didn't like.

We stayed in Room 6. Hot water was very VERY limited in room 6. This unit was extremely small for our 4 night stay. Because of the extremely small foot print of the room the walls are scuffed and scratched up. This room should be completely cleaned and freshly painted and the hot water should be fixed and the air conditioner should be replaced. Room 6 was by far the smallest and also the most poorly furnished room when compared to the interiors of 3 other rooms I saw during our stay. Going strictly on the price of our stay, there is zero value in Room 6

Excellent location was within walking distance of all the attractions and everything on Duval street. Room 3 was clean and comfortable. The music from the bar next door did not prevent us from sleeping . The pool did need a little attention while we were there and a broader breakfast selection would have been appreciated such as fresh fruit, cold cereal, donuts and danish. Not everyone likes yogurt and oatmeal as the only alternatives to the breakfast entree. The keurig coffee maker did not work in our room and was replaced by another non functional unit.

Everyone my wife and I came in contact with were incredibly nice and helpful. The bed in our room was one of the most comfortable beds we ever slept on. The breakfasts that were served each morning were very, very good. The location for us was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was very nice to come back to every day or to take a dip in before going to bed at night.

There really was nothing about the Coco Plum Inn that we didn't like. We will gladly stay here again whenever we visit Key West

Great location. The staff were lovely (especially the chef and Alexis). The pool area was relaxing, with tables and chairs surrounded by palm trees and plants. I appreciated that they provided pool floats, bug spray, sunblock, towels, and ice and water machines. You can temporarily park in the inn's little driveway to check in and drop off luggage. Other guests were also very open and down to earth. Good vibes.

You can hear the music from the bar at the end of the street, which may be tricky for light sleepers. Be prepared to drive around the area if you want street parking.
