Breakfast and parking offered on site with room. Grounds are quite nice, room clean and well kept.

Like most places on the island, value is difficult to find. Hidden cleaning/resort fees at most places, makes what looks like a “deal” end at close to 50% more to twice the listed nightly price. Duval inn didnt set the standard, but they aren’t trying to break the trend either.

Great location (except for weekend nights when the loud music across the street doesn't end until 2:30).Staff is fabulous. Garden pool area was very tranquil.

Continental breakfast was a bit boring after five days of the same choices, but quality and selection were good. Poolside bar closed indefinitely. Rooms are very small.

Bring the parking back to the Inn like it used to be. We probably won't come back because it's changed...

Confusing and unclear instructions to enter the room Leftovers were found in the fridge from previous guests noisy aircondition, no soundproof walls awkward that the breakfast was served in the reception. one had to take the plates/cups out to the garden to sit and eat small room, no place to put luggage, no shelves, only in the bathroom there was a small closet (but the size of the room was mentioned at the booking)

It is an amazing location - steps from Duval. It is in the center of Duval - easily walk to either end, whether you are going to Southernmost Point or to Sloppy Joe’s. Or to avoid the crowds, a half block to Simonton.

The breakfast is very basic. Bagel, peanut butter, yogurt, plus make-your-own Mimosa. We ate here on day and walked over to Cuban Queen Coffee the other days.

The location was excellent! Right in the heart of Key West, just off Duval St.! Very walkable and everything was a few steps away. Breakfast had a variety of items: cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, etc. They also had mimosas! The pool area was quaint and lush. There was a tiki bar outside, but it was not open. The room was clean, but very small--I mean really small. The entry door opened right into the sink, which was awkward, but we were only there a few nights, so we were okay. We only had backpacks with us. If you have actual luggage/suitcases, there is nowhere to put them.

The only thing that we felt could use improvement is the room. Besides being tight, it was very "damp". Our clothes felt "moist" to the touch by the end of our 3 day stay. It also would have been nice to have the tiki bar open.

Amazing, accommodating, and proactive staff. As my stay at this hotel was a part of my motorcycle ride, the front desk lady offered herself that I could park my motorbike in front of the hotel for the one night I stayed there. They have just a three spots which are not planned as parking, but just to stop for the check-in. But still they showed so much understanding about our, motorcyclists, sentiments about our rides, and how much we love them to have them close by, instead of parked somewhere in a remote parking lot. Exemplary customer service! Besides that, great location in town - walking distance to main Key West attractions. And besides being so close to Duval St, still very quiet place, ensuring good night sleep.

The Duval Inn is a cute 10+ room house with a pool. It was literally a 1/2 block from Duval. It has a beautiful courtyard around the pool. Our room was single room w/ bathroom & shower. It was perfect. There is a continental breakfast with complimentary mimosas. They have parking but it is around the block. Which wasn't too bad once we found the parking lot. LOL All in all, it was a great place to stay. If /when we go back to Key West, we will definitely try to stay there.

We loved the location of the Duval Inn. It was central to most everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The courtyard was so charming with a pool & places to sit, hang out and enjoy the day or evening. The room was beautiful and larger than expected. Plenty of places to place belonging. Room air conditioner and ceiling fan. Beautiful bathroom and walk in shower. That had room For toiletries. Which is rare. Close to places to eat and drink. The lady at the desk was extremely nice and helpful.

NA - nothing negative to say about this place.

Great location for seeing Key West. Close to hop on hop off trolley stop 13 and within easy walking distance of Hemingway House. Included parking not too far away. Sitting on the front porch and in the garden was pleasant. The very kind young woman at reception was able to give us a first floor room when she saw that I’d have trouble with climbing the stairs to the second floor. It was great to have a comfort height toilet and large walk in shower in our room.

We aren’t fond of soft mattress topper and hard pillows.
