Gorgeous and well appointed cottage right in the centre of town - precisely where you need to be for Key West. Great value for money too. The cottage had a huge king-bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area and large lounge. There’s also good WiFi, a lovely porch and parking right outside the home. Across the road is a CVS for all the essentials (don’t go to the expensive little grocery store which charges tourists more!), also across the road is a bike hire place and a Cuban cafe next door. Duval Street is on the other side of the block, and the amazing waterfront is 15 minutes walk. You can also benefit from the little beach at the southernmost point which is less than 10 minutes walk from the cottage.

Only constructive feedback is the communication from the owners wasn’t great - we didn’t get the door code until asking for it, and there’s very little information in the home so you have to do all your own research.

This is THE place to stay in Key West, and my only reservation is that we just stayed here for one night! The location is unbeatable - smack in the middle of the tourist area, yet away from the noise of Duval Street. The place is very roomy, bathroom is huge, kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Check-in was simple.

Even though booking.com lists this property as having parking, there are literally just two parking spaces. It was not a problem during our visit in late November, as we easily found street parking nearby, but I imagine this will be a bigger issue at the height of the season. There’s a paid parking lot around the corner though, but again not sure how full it gets.

The apartment was amazing. Location excellent, extremely clean, beautiful furnishing. Toiletries and coffee provided. The beds were so very comfortable. Everything was wonderful. Excellent communication regarding access to apartment.

Only two parking spots for all the apartments. We were lucky to be able to squeeze our car in behind the truck parked across most of the entrance to parking spaces. Upon leaving a 6 am discovered a golf cart vehicle parked across end of the lot making it very hard to get out. Both cases should have been tow aways.

Spacious and spotless apartment with a big kitchen and living room, all in a fantastic location. The cleaning lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Getting into the apartment would have been impossible without the help of the cleaning lady. The Wi-Fi-operated locks only seemed to work around 20% of the time, though you do receive a physical key once inside. Another downside is the high noise level at night, which might be challenging for noise-sensitive guests, although it didn’t bother me. Additionally, the apartment is a bit hard to find initially, and the exterior doesn’t look very appealing.

It was easy to access,very clean ,modern and all appliances were working. It is close and in walking distance to all major attractions in Key West.

Response to access code to enter the unit took awhile. Also the payment system is very slow. If the payment was taken right away when booked,and access notice in advance prior to the check in time,it would make it so much better. I almost felt scammed at the time when payment was not taken and Access notice not given. Pls remember that not having a front desk with a person actually present,or a live person on the phone,it's making it hard to believe that booking it's actually real.

Location and parking were great. Close proximity to Duval street and all the restaurants and activities in the area. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

when we got to the property the front door lock was functioning but the door jam and framing around the lock was not intact and the door wouldn't lock successfully; the dead bolt would engage but if you were on the outside you could just pull it open while it's locked.

Lovely apartment and very comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location close to the action but not close to noisy establishments.

This property does warn you in the listing that parking is not guaranteed. There are 2 spaces but they were always taken so in hindsight, I would arrange where to park before arriving. We found a place 1km away for $40 a day. There were 3 of us so we offloaded and then my husband found parking. He did have to walk there everyday to pay. I still think this is great value.

The location relative to the nightlife was perfect. The cottage was roomy and well equipped. It was easy for us to cycle from the cottage to the nice cycling path along the water.

Getting in and out of the parking spots was challenging because of the very busy place across the street that rents out golf carts and scooters.

The location is great! We parked in front of the cottage for free, the Cuban cafe next door had amazing coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There is a place across the street that rents bikes and golf carts. That was so convenient. The cottage was well stocked with towels, dishes, fans, etc.

Parking is challenging. There are only two sites for this property with multiple units. We did park in front of the cottage, but with a full size pickup, it was touch and go to fit,

Unit was just what we expected having stayed in another unit a couple years ago. Very nice, clean, and well furnished. Location couldn't be more convenient to all we wanted to do in Key West. We were fortunate to get one of the two parking spots which helped greatly.

Check in was not smooth. Emails came as expected, but the entry code given did not work. Messaged the phone # and email on the card at door without hearing back. Fortunately, we found someone on site who made a call and a new entry code worked fine.
