Great location

Tried to swim in the evening but pool surface was loaded with dead bugs. Wished there would have been a pool skimmer available for use.

Location was perfect! we walked to Duval Street and to all the Wharf Restaurants and Bars. Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were super clean and quaint. They had a nice presentation and perfect spread for Breakfast. I like that the pool and hot tub was open 24 hours. Very clean Property and will stay again!

Everything was GREAT! These are just Suggestions! I personally would have just liked a regular coffee machine in the room instead of this fancy Nespresso Machine. So i had to keep walking back to office for coffee. Also i would suggest some dishes/silverware be kept on the shelf for heating leftovers after hours.

Location, friendly staff, lovely pool & jacuzzi area & gardens

Room rather basic, no closet door, no bureau drawers, not much character.

I stayed in a spacious room. The excelente attendants.

Parking was confusing. They asked me to always stop in the same garage number and every day there was another car in my spot. The bathroom was not working accordingly.

The location is perfect, just behind Duval Street, the swimming pool is silent , warm and in a great tropical scenario. The room just perfect, large and clean. The full environment is very charm and characteristic. The people at the concierge is very professional.

The breakfast should be a little more at the same level of the hotel; it is too basic and poor. They should improve the HVAC system not from the temperature point of view but from the humidity system point of view. You can feel the humidity on the floor even if is the air conditioning is working.

Great location one street back from Duval. Nice hotel style rooms good outdoor areas with a small to medium sized pool to relax after a hot day, lovely trees around the property. Happy hour was ok with wine cheese and nuts !

The two drawbacks are the cost of parking at $30 plus tax a day you can only pay by credit card and if your expecting bed and breakfast style breakfast it’s not , the fare was bagels, bread , waffles cereals and cold boiled eggs. Ok but if you stay more than a couple of days you’ll want to eat elsewhere. The staff were ok but a bit surely.

Paradise Inn was a quaint place with 20 cottages strategically situated in a very tropical setting . David from corporate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He by far made the visit a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. He was friendly and professional, exactly what we needed. All the staff need the friendly attitude he displayed. It makes the visit so much more enjoyable. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I wish there was a regular coffee maker in the room, instead of the espresso machine for early risers like myself. And a coffee cup would have been nice so one could put it in the microwave. The styrofoam cups are not microwaveable.

As usual the staff is awesome, room was clean, facilities were clean.

Older room. The previous time we stayed here we had a basically brand new room. This was okay but I hope they remodel all their rooms like the 2nd floor rooms.

The staff was respectful, professional and personable. The provided breakfast was always fresh and included a nice variety, which also helped cut down on expenditures because we didn't have to dine out every morning. The pool and the lounge chairs beside the pool were wonderful with a nice variety of sun and shade. The property is very nicely landscaped and maintained. Our room was well kept and clean. With Duval Street being the main tourist hub, this location was perfectly located a block away from the middle of the Duval area! We very easily made our way to the East edge of the island to enjoy the sunrise near the Southernmost pier, enjoyed some souvenir shopping, and were able to conveniently return back to Paradise inn to drop off our newly acquired trinkets, or rest up with a midday nap or an afternoon dip in the pool! We just as easily made our way to Mallory Square on the West edge of the island to enjoy the sunset. We never felt unsafe walking back to our room late at night.

Sometimes neighbors could be heard through the walls/floors from our room. We were on the first floor and could hear our neighbors above us walking around (at all hours). The temperature of the jacuzzi was too hot! I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it was so hot that it was painful to get in, and I couldn't stay in longer than 5-10 minutes before the discomfort provoked me to get out. Other guests at the hotel confirmed this opinion as we exchanged commiserating stories of attempting to enjoy the Jacuzzi.

We just stayed a single night, but we enjoyed it! Nice and clean rooms, parking for the night, heated hottub and a big enough swimming pool. Walking distance to either side of the key. Been to key West before and seen other hotels/acommendations, but the next time I'll visit i am definitely booking a room at the Paradise Inn again!

The only thing i can think of is when i was seated outside; the typical key West chickens came and sat on the seat next to me, when they left they also left a little turd on the seat. All jokes aside; our stay was perfect and i don't have anything negatively to say.
