Wonderful stay in a bucolic setting amidst the easily accessible hustle bustle of Mallory Square. My parents ran a bed & breakfast in a house in CT that was built in 1706. I was surrounded by antiques, fireplaces in every room, and the creaks of old wood floors. I walked into our room at The Porch on Frances and was immediately brought back there. Very easy living and a couple of "hot ticket characters" made us feel right at home. PS. Those characters made sure we had some champagne to celebrate our anniversary!

A room freshener overpowered us so we just took it out.

We liked everything about this property. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping. Parking options were very close to the house (within a block). It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Jeff, and his staff who were friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and happy hours. The house was very quiet and had trees & plants around the property to insure privacy. I never heard any of the other guests and only met one other couple. I know the property was full, but everyone was very quiet. It was peaceful and I would stay here again if I were going to Key West.

Nothing! Everything was perfect. I can't think of one thing that would make this a better place to stay! It was awesome and I will stay here again when visiting Key West in the future.

Back garden was nice. Private entrance was great. Shower was amazing!

No secured parking. A/C did not work on the 3rd night. Room was not accessible to me (5 foot) but fine for my husband (6ft 3). Bed too high and sink is set back too far from edge making access very difficult to wash face & brush teeth. Had to stand on tip toes and still made a mess. Only saw very top of head in bathroom mirror. Asked for a stool but was told none was available. Suggest getting one. One of the bed posts blocked viewing the TV.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and beautiful property. Love the historical inn. Location was very convenient. Inn was walking distance from the Historic seaport where all the restaurants and bars are located. Owner and staff were polite and gave us there recommendations which were great.

Loved the property.

Coffee, hot and fresh in the mornings with the owner and support staff. Rider was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the area. She arranged bikes for us and saw to all of our needs. We enjoyed the outside balcony right off our room. The king bed was comfortable and all of the linens were fresh and clean.

Charme

Very small room, no closet. We, couple, had a three week holiday, so two big suitcases…. Quite messy. For a short stay with one suitcase you should be fine!

We had the best stay here and we highly recommend it. They called us before our trip to see if we needed help booking any activities while we were there. Jeff made us coffee every morning and gave us wonderful suggestions of places to eat during our stay. I could go on and on about this property! The rooms are updated and clean. It was in a great location. We could walk to everything and if we did need an Uber we were able to get one in under 2 min. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jeff for such a great stay!

Rider (the manager) was amazing. She communicated before, during and after our visit. She led us to great restaurants, activities and sites.....The Inn itself is a cool property and in a great location to walk everywhere we needed to go.
