Bike friendly quiet and generous friendly knowledgeable staff. The innkeepers generously provided unlimited water, snacks , coffee and drinks as desired. Also a coffee maker and fridge in room. Loved the Christmas lights and even a lit Menorah. Many places to sit and chat. Large porch, nice kitchen and parlor, and nicely purposed back garden with Jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Daily house keeping( I tip 3-5 daily), Room off the kitchen was wonderful people were quietly respectful of that. Loved the access to private area off room and backyard and jacuzzi. Well done 👍 better than air bnb, hotel or some relatives homes I’ve stayed at.

Minor, Sink was slightly plugged

This is a lovely building, well maintained and appointed. We were initially placed in the room Mallory, which is on the ground floor and opens onto the communal breakfast area / lounge. Occupancy was low during the week, so that was fine. However, we had requested a quiet room and, upon discovering there would be full occupancy at the weekend, we asked to be moved before then to a quieter room. This was eventually organised, though to a less spacious room with a smaller bed than we had booked / paid for. Nonetheless, we were happy with the new room and all was good. Staff were attentive and reactive to requests. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, including cooker, coffee machine, filtered water on tap, ice machines and comfy seating. That communal area was also lovely for interacting with other guests. We'd return, but not to Mallory.

Apart from the above comments, any complaint would be churlish in the extreme.

Great location on a quiet street - just a short walk to Duval, Mallory Square and the ferry terminal. Clean room with historic character. Nice in-room amenities (mini fridge, ice-maker, coffee maker, tea pot). Charging station with USB ports for electronics, etc. Good for the self-sufficient traveler or someone who has visited the area before. Free wine, beer & sodas in the kitchen (also some bagels, cereal, fruit, etc.).

The price was fairly expensive, though I've been told it's due to the high demand season (approx. $375/night) . The bathroom is extremely small, and a larger person might not be able to use the toilet in the room we booked. The pool/spa thing appeared to have jets but we couldn't find where to turn them on. This place is completely unmanned - meaning, unless you happen to run into a cleaning person in the morning, you can't just ask for more shampoo or towels without calling.

Loved the location and the customer service. Also very important it was Clean. David was very welcoming and gave very detailed information about the amenities and was open to be reached out if anything else was needed. We loved the history of the house and the house was kept really well. It was just my girlfriend and I as a nice weekend getaway. The location was great with a max of 12 min walk to Duval Street and other great spots to enjoy in Key West. (Trust me you won’t feel that walk due to the great scenery and history of the island). Would definitely come back.

Honestly. It may be hard to believe. But at least on our stay we had nothing to complain about.

Price and location were great. David, the manager, was very nice and helpful. He informed us of a few places nearby (such as Azure on the corner of the street) for great food. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean (keep in mind it IS an old home so if you are looking for something ultra modern or new, you might be unhappy, but we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The pool is small, but very refreshing. Beverages and snacks are nice here and the coffee is rather strong (if you like that).

Be aware it is on the 3rd floor and can only be reached by several flights of stairs outside the building so if you can't traverse many stairs, you may suffer as there is no elevator. Our friends were in their 70's and it was tough for them, but they made it. Ice machine broke before we arrived but David was working on a replacement, but unfortunately it arrived after our 3 day stay. For future guests, you should be fine :)

Charming, fun, well-located with lots of amenities—continental breakfast, happy hour with provided wine and beer. Heat pump made the room comfortable at all times. A real Key West experience.

The absence of staff on premises was troublesome for us. Also, admittedly we are sports fans who care about these things —but the TV in our lovely room was too small, too far away (high against the ceiling in a corner), and had a fuzzy picture. We couldn’t actually watch anything.

This was our first visit to Key West and we loved it!!! The Inn on Fleming is a beautiful historic home. We had a large comfortable bedroom. Furnished in keeping with the style of the house. Very nice and welcoming staff. A very pleasant walk to Duval St, (15 min slow gentle stroll, looking at all the beautiful historic houses 😍)

A short stroll to Duval St. I would have liked a slightly shorter walk back 😉, however, it was worth the extra steps as we were on a quieter street, back from busy Duval St, and the short walk allowed us to see all the beautiful houses, that we would have missed if we had been closer to the main drag, so will definitely return to the Inn On Fleming next time we visit Key West.

Wonderful location, staff is absolutely amazing. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s so easy to get anywhere! The bikes are a perfect touch. It’s clean and adorable. Snacks all the time! Oh! And the pool was perfect too!

Our room was on the first floor and we heard every loud guest and every argument in and outside. People coming in and out, talking loud. People arguing on the porch. Loud traffic outside. I am sure if you aren’t on the first floor, it’s amazing.

This was a great place to stay! David the manager was friendly, helpful and informative. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with cold A/C. Small semi private area of the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Coffee and small breakfast items were provided daily. It was quiet and a convenient walk to Duval St. and Mallory Square.

Our room was right off the kitchen, so we heard staff preparing things for breakfast and some talking. So if you are a light sleeper might wake you up.

A really lovely inn, with great staff. Everything is comfortable. The breakfast is just grocery story items, so don't expect anything fancy. This is an old property with some charm, but like all Key West places, it's pretty darned expensive.

The two room suite is really a glorified two bed room. The larger room has to go through the smaller room to access the bath.
